I never felt pushed or pressured (which I have in the past with other dealers). He was geniunely more interested in getting me into a car that worked for me than selling a car. Helped me through choices and options. I was pretty sure I was going to get a Honda so started at Hinshaws (which turned out to be a much better experience than another Honda dealer I went to in 2010). My plan was to check out the CRV and Crosstour and then go to Subaru to check out the outback and forrester (I've owned Subaru's in the past and like how they handle). Never made to Subaru. Mike was so respectful and down-to-earth, I didn't want to leave and risk a pack of wolves experience someplace else. Left that day with a 4 year old Crosstour at a fair retail price. No driving all-over Seattle and having to spine up against getting hard sell tactics. Just a great experience. Thank you Mike. More
