Great service!! I came in today to just get a oil change for my car and right away was greeted with how can I help you today. The staff made me feel very welcome! I then walked into the showroom to just kill some time while my car was being worked on. I was then greeted by a salesman that asked me if I needed help finding someone or something and I replied I was just killing time while my car was being worked on. Hinshaw's Honda is the only place I go I used to be a loyal customer of Renton Honda until I decided to give Hinshaw's a shot for service and haven't been back to Renton since. Things have changed. I bought a car here in the 2000's and had a less than perfect experience. I didn't think I would be back but I wanted to test drive an Accord Hybrid. They had one, and after driving it I thought I would own this car. The salesman, Joe Rubin, was the nicest and friendliest guy to deal with.
