My MDX was broken into late at night, I called Kelly the service manager the next am and told him I had no window left. He said to bring it down, and gave me a loaner car right away. Then changed keys on ve service manager the next am and told him I had no window left. He said to bring it down, and gave me a loaner car right away. I have bringing my car to Hinshaw's Acura for service for over 6 years. Every time I pull up. The service advisors are always at the door ready to greet me and hold the door open for me. George and Kelly for over 6 years. Every time I pull up. The service advisors are always at the door ready to greet me and hold the door open for me. George and Kelly are always the Service advisors that normally help me out. Other days Mike has helped me. They are so wonder full to work with. My car is always fixed on the first visit.
