After a long, frustrating day at other Seattle dealerships, we finally had an excellent experience with Josh at Hinshaw's Acura. My MDX was broken into late at night, I called Kelly the service manager the next am and told him I had no window left. He said to bring it down, and gave me a loaner car right away.
