We had always received excellent service at hinshaw and were interested in better gas mileage and a smoother ride with a TLX. Devin was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgable and helpful. We worked with David also who is fantastic but a " professional salesman". Devin was a breath of fresh air and we ended up working with them both. My husband was hesitant to return and wanted to shop around. Because I have felt so "cared for " everytome I have come in my husband agreed to go back. We could not be happier with our purchase.
