He was very professional, funny and helpful throughout the entire process. I asked Joe a ton of questions and also specific pictures to be taken of the car in which he provided in a very timely manner. I was very hesitant to go thru a dealer as we have had some bad experiences in the past. We felt we got a great deal on the 370Z and received a fare trade for our Ford Mustang GT. She asked me my budget (which was very important to me as I am young and ready to start grad school), and what I was looking for in a car. The second car she showed me, I test drove it and was sold. It was everything I could have wanted and more!! Then the dealership beat the financing rate that I had received by my bank which was great! Leslie took the time to make sure that I was able to set up the bluetooth settings in the car which was super helpful. After I bought the car, she was in contact with me to make sure I was loving the car and if there was anything I needed. I had a concern with the car and she was able to set up a service appointment right away. The dealership was on top of it and everything was covered under warranty! I would highly recommend Acura, this dealership and especially Leslie! More
