Hinshaw's Acura

I went to the dealership to get a temp bearing installed for my Acura MDX. They told me so needed my engine replaced, I ended up going elsewhere to get a new engine, Back in February of 2023. Come to find o for my Acura MDX. They told me so needed my engine replaced, I ended up going elsewhere to get a new engine, Back in February of 2023. Come to find out there was a recall regarding that issue. So, I was able to get reimbursed for the cost of engine and labor. In order for this to be valid they wanted proof of receipt and proof that I went to the dealership to get diagnosed, the Acura headquarters called Hinshaws Acura in fife and spoke with Mike the service manager and he lied to them that I never got serviced from there regarding a diagnose or a temp bearing installation. So I contacted another dealership to have them search for me, they were able to confirm that it was valid. Mike from service is a complete scam! I would never take your car to Hinshaw Acura of fife if you want to be ripped off. More
