my dream car is now in my garage: the hybrid MDX Thank you to David Ajibade who made it happen. I have been in love with Acuras since my first MDX, in 2001. After two purchased MDX's, I leased an Thank you to David Ajibade who made it happen. I have been in love with Acuras since my first MDX, in 2001. After two purchased MDX's, I leased an RDX two years ago. I realized I want to own, not lease. David, whom I met and who has been supportive since I leased the RDX two years ago, helped make it happen and I am now a happy owner ....of a beautiful tech package MDX. Other than being annoyed that I now have, in my life, one more device that is smarter than I am...I adore the car. And Mark Hansen was great to work with...in finance. My prior experience with the service department has also been excellent....even turning me away once, saying: "you're car doesn't NEED service yet"! And the hybrid!!!!! Do you know that I have driven almost 400 miles and I'm not yet done with the FIRST tank of gas. I don't even know, yet, how to use the capless gas tank. And David has been great...volunteering to be available whenever I discover new talents of my car! Yesterday, in rural fog, I discovered the automated high beam feature. lovely. Customer Service that Exceeds Expectations We have been customers at Hinshaw's Acura since 2006. Every time you walk through their doors, they are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure you We have been customers at Hinshaw's Acura since 2006. Every time you walk through their doors, they are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure your trip was worth your while. Our most recent trip was precipitated by an unanticipated break in our schedule which we hoped would be filled by a necessary service to our 2016 MDX. We called at the last minute and they were able to fit us in. Upon arriving, they greeted us with the expected smile and a handshake. After getting the car back to service, I needed to get some work done. Unfortunately, I was unable to gain access to the wireless. The parts department was more than willing to help. When we couldn't make it work, Mr. Woo even offered to let me use his cell phone as a hot spot. While the offer was refused, it was appreciated. While I waited for service, I was kept up to date regarding what was necessary to complete my service. Again, appreciated. While I was waiting, the person that sold me my cars (David Ajibade) approached me with a smile and a heart-felt handshake. He is a salesman, but he makes you feel like a family member every time you see him. He just wanted to make sure we were being taken care of. No need for him to worry. Mike had kept me fully aware of what recommendations he had for my car and was providing me with a complete explanation of what work had been done on the car. While no one likes to have to service their car, the Hinshaw's crew go out of their way to ensure the time you spend is as productive as you want it to be. I will definitely be back to see Mike and the team for my car service needs (and while I would like to keep it a secret, I will be back to see David about replacing that car I bought back in '06). More

Great Experience purchasing remotely! I had a great experience purchasing my pre-owned vehicle from Hinshaw's Acura. I bought the vehicle sight unseen and had it shipped all the way to Ne I had a great experience purchasing my pre-owned vehicle from Hinshaw's Acura. I bought the vehicle sight unseen and had it shipped all the way to New Jersey. My sales associate, Robert Njoku, went out of his way to make me comfortable with the purchase and ensured that the transaction went smoothly. He was available to answer all of my questions and concerns even during his days off. He even took additional pictures and test drove the vehicle numerous times to ensure that the vehicle is in great condition. I would have not purchased this vehicle sight unseen if it was not for his reassurance. I knew right away that he's not any other sales person and that he can be trusted as he's passionate about vehicles and he's a true car enthusiast. Robert is a great asset for Hinshaw's and I highly recommend him to anyone locally or remotely. Thanks once again for all of your help! More
