Hinshaw's Acura

Disappointing I called the dealership a few days before and we scheduled for a 10:15 slot for an oil change. I told the man on the phone that I had a 12:00 appointm I called the dealership a few days before and we scheduled for a 10:15 slot for an oil change. I told the man on the phone that I had a 12:00 appointment in Auburn so I don’t want to be late. He assured me that it takes no more than an hour and often times it’s done earlier. So I came 15 minutes before my appointment. At about 11:07, they notified they were finishing up. 11:30, I am pacing around because I need to be at my appointment soon. Finally 11:35, they give me my report of my car and I tell them I need to go. So they said, “because you’re in a hurry, we didn’t vacuum or wash your car..” really?! You took an hour and a half and you couldn’t wash my car or vacuum it? Ridulous. So he let me know that I can come in any day and that will get done. Again, are you kidding me? I need to make another trip to get this done? Anyway, they told me my car is out front. I get out, no car. I wait a few minutes and go back inside asking for my car. Finally they pull my car around, wet. They must have tried to wash the outside of my car really quick-not wiped, nothing. I cannot tell you how displeased I am. I would have been fine if they didn’t tell me I’d be done in an hour and I wasn’t late for my appointment. Bottom line, don’t make promises you cannot keep. More

Helpful and not pushy when buying a car I went there to look for a new car and Young Pak was very knowledgeable about the models, features, specs, and technology.
