I had a very pleasant experience buying my MDX from Hinshaw's. The salesman was knowledgeable, no pressure just good helpful presentation of the vehicles. I brought our new 2021 RDX into service to have the chip protection installed. We purchased it when we bought the car. When I arrived early, Mike greeted me with a friendly smile and the utmost professional protection installed. We purchased it when we bought the car. He had the loaner ready for me and got me on my way, all the while making sure any questions I had were answered before I left. The service was going to take all day to complete, and in the meantime I had run some errands. At home, I was looking at accessories for my vehicle online, and decided I wanted to add one. I called service and talked to Erik who priced the accessory and, when I mentioned I wanted it installed, he told me they could do it while they had the vehicle, so I wouldn’t have to make another appointment, saving me time! Fantastic! I received the text from Tim the next morning confirming all was complete. When I picked up my vehicle, Tim greeted me with a friendly hello and got right to the paper work to get me on my way. While I was there, I wanted pricing for another accessory and Tim didn’t miss a beat. He got me all the info I needed, so I could be prepared when I am ready to have the other accessory installed. All of the guys in the service department are great! We always feel like VIPs and, they make sure we leave with all the info we need. Also, the accessory I had installed works perfectly! More
Even after a disappointing issue with our last Acura, we still regarded Acura vehicles as a great value. We’ve purchased 4 other models from Hinshaws over the last few decades, and have had nothing but grea still regarded Acura vehicles as a great value. We explained our issue with the previous vehicle, which was in no way related to Hinshaws Acura, or any responsibility on the dealership’s part, to our sales associate Jacob. Jacob then assured us he would pass on the info to the GM, and that he would do everything he could to get us the best deal possible. Understanding that Hinshaws had no responsibility in our last Acura vehicle experience, we hoped they would do what they could to restore our faith in the brand. Well, Hinshaws not only restored our faith in the brand, but also went above and beyond to get us the best deal. Communication was open, honest and thorough. Hinshaws made sure we understood everything about our deal, explaining it all in great detail. Our sales agent Jacob, was professional, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and listened to ALL we had to say, never wavering in his attention. We were very pleasantly impressed! Chad, the finance manager, was friendly, thorough and explained ALL documents expertly. We left feeling confident we had made the best deal! Both gentlemen made sure all of our questions were answered. Although our deal went past Hinshaws closing time (on a Saturday even), we never felt hurried or as if we needed to get out because it was past closing time. We have always liked this dealership because every visit, no matter the reason, they always make us feel like VIPs. We love our new car, and because of our great experience, will be returning for future purchases. Thank you! More

I made a trip to Hinshaw’s Acura of Fife to check on the cost of a repair. I recently purchased my Acura used and this was my first Acura. After speaking with technician I was shocked to learn of the cost o cost of a repair. I recently purchased my Acura used and this was my first Acura. After speaking with technician I was shocked to learn of the cost of the repair. The technician went above and beyond by checking recalls and warranties and even discussed with the service manager. 2 days later the technician followed through & called me back with wonderful news for the repair. not only was the repair completed satisfactory and fast, but the technician and the service manager followed up with me about my vehicle couple of days later. Acura of fife provides the “Nordstrom” of service and I will always take my vehicle there. They actually care about their customers & how something might affect the customer which is why I feel like they went above beyond. On my first visit there shortly after buying the vehicle from another dealer, a technician also showed me how to work some things in the vehicle that was unaware of. My husband and I purchased our MDX in July. Fast forward to November we were in a horrible accident which totaled our car. My husband contacted David and within a week he tracked down a replacement for us and did whatever he needed to so we could have the same car. They made both experiences as painless as possible. David was amazing, helpful, and patient and we were also dealing with insurance. We will never own another car other than an Acura. This our third we have gone to Hi Shaw. They have our trust and business. More

Great selection of vehicles. Our salesperson (David Ajibade) was awesome.
