Bought my car from them in 9/2021 and was very happy with their sales department. But, unfortunately, their service department recently PLUGGED my tire that had a nail in it but they told me they PATCHED it. their sales department. Took 10 minutes so thought they were being really efficient but found out that the tire was never completely checked or taken off. Drove 300+ miles that day on PLUGGED tire at 75-80 MPH on highway to attend my daughter's college graduation. Sensor came on again late that night with tire down to 8 psi by next morning. Took it to local Hyundai in Lubbock and waited 2 1/2 hours for them to tell me the tire had been PLUGGED and not patched so they then patched it. Tire sensor on again and tire low the following morning prior to us driving home 300+ miles so since it was a Sunday, had to go to local Walmart. Waited 4 hours for them to repair another area that needed to be patched on same tire but neither Hyundai dealership service found it. Very upset over the negligence and what could have happened driving that far and that fast on a PLUGGED tire and a missed nail hole . Contacted the FW service manager (took multiple phone calls as system cuts you off, he was unavailable, etc) and he finally looked into the situation and confirmed that my tire was actually PLUGGED and not patched. He offered a new tire since he felt my tire needed to just be replaced with all that had been done to it. I was happy with that resolution and agreed and also asked for a couple free oil changes since it was negligence and was scary what could have happened. Made a comment in an email (so I have proof) that a new tire and a couple oil changes are much cheaper than what a lawsuit would have cost if my tire did explode and we were seriously injured or killed. He then wouldn't return my calls or emails so I went in to talk with him and he told me he can't talk to me now that I threatened a lawsuit. I told him I never threatened a lawsuit, I was just stating why adding a couple oil changes to the tire replacement was justified as things could have gone south quickly if we crashed from the tire being PLUGGED. He told me his area manager told him to tell me that my lawyers should contact their lawyers. I told him I don't have any lawyers and was just stating that this was a serious safety issue and should never have happened. He didn't give a xxxx and basically told me they were done with me. I left a message for the area manager to call me back to discuss this issue and he never did. I am disgusted and appalled at the lack of customer service when they are the ones who PLUGGED my tire in the first place and they should have bent over backwards to rectify their mistake because if my tire exploded and resulted in a crash, they would have had a lot more problems than what the current situation was. Now, they aren't doing anything for me and aren't responding to me. They made a huge mistake and aren't making any effort to right their wrong based on falsely stating I was getting a lawyer involved. Do not, Do not, I repeat, Do not go to FW Hiley Hyundai service department as their management lacks quality, integrity, accountability, ethics, leadership, compassion, and honest communication. More

BUYERS BEWARE OF FINANCING: I purchased my vehicle from Hiley Hyundai, and this was by far the worst financing experience. I have financed vehicles in the past at the dealership, but their financing team i Hiley Hyundai, and this was by far the worst financing experience. I have financed vehicles in the past at the dealership, but their financing team is the ABSOLUTELY WORSE I have encountered. There is not one person that is accountable to return phone calls upon paper signed. Upon review of paper, there was an additional $7,673 added to my loan. It was such a stressful time for me, and Shane took advantage of the situation. The amount was for an extended warranty and protection service agreement on a brand-new vehicle. The first page defining the terms of both agreements were missing, so I had to go back to the dealership to for the information. Upon review, I called back to cancel, and it took two weeks for another Finance Manager to email the form. I submitted the competed cancelation form via email and requested confirmation with no response to two emails. I called the dealership, and the form was submitted to Accounting for processing. I received a prorated refund and again no one returns phone calls for an explanation. Wish I could rank them higher due to no issues with the salesperson, however the Finance team has been unprofessional. More

Unable to reach the service manager. Phone rang for 10 minutes. Another time I left a voice mail which was not returned. Ongoing issue that was not fixed on the first visit and now another over 2 week wai minutes. Another time I left a voice mail which was not returned. I will start and say that I am not a fan of the car buying process. I have had even worse experiences purchasing used vehicles. That being said, my wife and I had a seamless, relatively quick and painless experience buying an used vehicle at Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth. We drove from the opposite side of the metroplex for one specific vehicle--admittedly, there was a bit of confusion trying to determine whether the vehicle was available before we drove out, but it was confirmed over the phone. After arriving, we never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle, we were able to take as much time as we needed during the test drive, and we were constantly offered refreshments by Rusty and Chris. During the financing portion, I have never been as transparent when buying a vehicle as I was at Hiley. The vehicle was competitively priced, especially in this current market. On top of this, Brady was able to secure a really great rate for a new vehicle, let alone an used one. I understand there are many factors to securing rates, but we had a really great experience with Brady. We did not have a trade-in, but I feel as though we were still leaving the dealership hours earlier than every other purchase. As we were leaving the dealership, it was determined that the 2nd set of keys was definitively missing. When we had gotten home, Chris texted me to let me know he was going to try and locate the previous owner for the keys. I really and truly did not believe I would ever see the keys. This past Friday, Rusty phoned to let me know the previous owner had just dropped off the keys and that he would be putting the keys in the mail that day and I received them this morning. They were true to their word––and the overall experience has earned my respect for the Hiley Auto Group. Also, this is a side note, but we and loved ones have immunodeficiency disorders and we did not feel alienated for wearing masks during the entire process. More
