It broke down after an hour because "it looked like no one ever changed the oil" according to our mechanic. The junk in the oil pan caused a camshaft sensor to be filled with sludge and the Oxygen sensor was burned out, costing another $600. This dealer is simply a licensed curb seller, flipping dirt cheap used cars at high profit without doing a single thing to see that they are mechanically safe and in decent shape. More

She stated no one was in at the moment forward me to different vmail each time. My and I stop by the place looked as we choose the wrong place to do business with.. Not one sale person walked out to greet us and the main door was look doing their regular business hours. Although, there were people inside Sometime, had passed and I call a female voice stated for trades there was a different department *person* who handle trade- ins. I called today to 2057150005- phone does not even ring. I called 2057150004- all that number does is just ring. More
BEWARE OF THEFT traded in a vehicle during purchase. Payoff for trade in has not been sent. Mr Hosius told me they released my vehicle to an individual who is to sati traded in a vehicle during purchase. Payoff for trade in has not been sent. Mr Hosius told me they released my vehicle to an individual who is to satisfy my payoff. So highline pocketed the money from my loan and let my trade in go without my payoff being satisfied. DO NOT USE Do not do business with Highline. They have a reputation of making trades and not paying off the customer's debt on their traded vehicle. If you're li Do not do business with Highline. They have a reputation of making trades and not paying off the customer's debt on their traded vehicle. If you're like me, you may be shocked and unaware that such things can occur. I'm here to tell you, it can, and it has. As days pass, the bank will be in search of a payment for your traded vehicle. Guess who the bank approaches for payments? The previous owner. Which would be you, the person who's made a deal, financed a new vechile, and sold your previous vehicle to Highland. All the while your credit is taking a hit, and Highlind advertises a vechile they teachincally do not own. I have learned a valuable lesson here. Do not trade unless you personally know the person/company you're dealing with. I sincerely hope this prevents future occurrences. More
Terrible Customer Service/Car Quality I bought a car from this dealership and the day I bought it and drove off the lot it broke down on me. They didn't care or try to fix this issue even though the finance company informed me of my warranty first 30days.From the owner on down, they all lie and just try to get you to buy. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!! Plenty of people are having major issues with cars from here as soon as they buy them. I repeat, DONT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!! More

DO NOT here, check REAL customer reviews first! Mother of six CHEATED! Highline's "AS IS" policy supposedly protects them from multiple lawsuits. I recently purchased a 2004 Toyota Sienna van from Mother of six CHEATED! Highline's "AS IS" policy supposedly protects them from multiple lawsuits. I recently purchased a 2004 Toyota Sienna van from Highline so our many children could ride more comfortably plus our current vehicle was quickly going downhill so a decision had to be made so I could go to work. Nevo at Highline worked with me to get the price down since at the very last of the deal he informed me they could not do financing. He "really wanted me to get this car because it was in excellent condition and we be reliable for you and your children for many years to come". So I bought it, BIG MISTAKE! My fault really because while I was sitting in the lobby waiting for Nevo the owner or maybe a manager was having a meeting in the hallway, I did not try to listen but they were not talking quietly so I heard some of the conversation anyway. Basically he was talking about a customer who had major mechanical issues shortly after purchasing a car from them, he was telling his sales people not to worry about these customers, they could "do nothing to them" (meaning Highline) because of their "AS IS" policy, they were under no obligation to be honorable. I should have run then, wish I would have but like I said, I was in a spot where I needed another vehicle and unfortunately, I believed what I was told. The next day, several things did not work on the car, things I had missed and not been made aware of during the sale such as the sliding door not operational, etc.. A week later my husband went into the hospital, I include this to let you know I was not driving the car (commuting back and forth to work daily as usual). My husband finally returned home and last week I went back to work. The second day of driving the van to and from work, I had just picked up the children was all of a sudden the van stopped and would not crank again. $600 later after the fuel pump was replaced now they say the van is throwing 19 diagnostic codes, problems from front to back AND it needs a new computer! I called Nevo at Highline and was told "well, it is an old van and they have problems" NOT the affirming words he gave at the time of sale. He said I can have it towed in to them and they will give me an estimate on what the service department would charge me to fix it, might be more, may be less than Toyota, no discounts or compassion involved. I regret the day I went to Highline, now I am just another disposable victim on their list of many. More

Finally we saw an Infiniti online that was very low miles and within our budget. We felt like it was too good to be true. But to our amazement, it was way nicer than anything else that we'd looked at and had way more extras on the car than we ever expected to find for our son within our budget. Then just for curiosity, I looked at the Lexus hardtop convertibles that they had, never expecting to find one also within our budget, and was pleasantly surprised again!! My dream car for years was now in front of me and affordable! They even had a few to choose from! Jeff was our salesman and Rami closed the deal on the 2 cars. They gave us an excellent deal and a fair amount for my trade-in as well. We will definitely be return clients and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
