Went in to look for a starter bike, and got a lot of valuable information as well as them introducing me to their Riding Academy which helped me get my Motorcycle skills exactly where they need to be. Let me start by saying, I have never reviewed any business publicly online. The experience that my friend and I had here was terrible. End of the day it's business. My buddy and I went in to purchas business publicly online. The experience that my friend and I had here was terrible. End of the day it's business. My buddy and I went in to purchase a Road glide Special and Street Glide Special, expensive bikes to say the least. There were a few used one that we were interested in that had 1000-4000 miles on them respectively. We inquired about these bikes and were giving prices that were similar to a brand new bike if not the same price. It was part of the game, every used bike you look at they put the price and numbers of a brand new bike next to it. They try very hard to push the new bikes. Long story short, after hearing them spin yarn about "being family" down there etc... The numbers came out from the finance manager. He slaps down a paper on a brand new 2020 Street Glide Special(for my friend) and a 2020 Road Glide Special(for me). The numbers were ABSURB. In all seriousness the sales manager gave us a number of 792-821 a month with 8000k down(We almost thought he was screwing around). We laughed and almost walked out. The sales manage then came back with numbers in the 500-600 range. Again we said we were all set. Typical sales man, "what will it take to have you ring that bell today". My friend responds a number in the 300's. Sales manager comes back a 3rd time with 5000k down for 399. Math has never been my strong subject, but christ were those numbers off, approximately a $400 swing in price A MONTH!. **We had been pre approved for our own financing, and knew what a monthly payment should look like. We ended up walking out of the dealership and going down to Boston Harley(Revere) which was a much better experience, no BS here ,this is the deal take it or leave it(We appreciated the honesty). They provided transparent numbers that made sense right off the rip. None of the games, none of the 700-800 a month with 8k down BS. It was a fair price. We also contacted American Harley in Leominster who stated they would match any price, just over the phone(We will be driving down soon to speak in person, so they know we are serious buyers). I caution you not to fall into the sales games at High octane Harley and make sure you shop around. There are much better deals out there... It would take an act of god for me to ever purchase a motorcycle from High Octane after the games that were played. A slap in the face with the initial numbers giving. We have yet to purchase our brand new bikes, but intend to relatively soon. I will post back and let you know where the best deals came from that we found. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a preowned or new bike. If you want some laughs, go down and kick it around with the sales manager Rik. Do not fall into his game. He’s a fraud, out of 4 dealers high octane was these highest price of all More
