Absolutely terrible experience. They do not care about their customer, they just want to push a bike on you. They utilize deception by having “managers specials” posted on their website of really good deals and they’ll keep the bike posted even after it sold to get you in the door. Then they’ll make you think they’re giving you a xxxx of a deal on another bike that’s of course going to be more than the one you saw online. They won’t communicate with you, won’t make you feel like a valued customer, they just want your money and to sell bikes. Go anywhere else!!!

The very worst experience. Bought used via internet. They kept shuffleling from person to person each time reinforcing that the used 2022 cvo triglide was pristine. I must of asked 20 times are there any faults. "None" ..fast forward, after paying $1,800 to ship to Texas in covered trailer. Title is faulty, can't get it registered, scratches all over paint, looks like someone hauled hay in the saddle bags. They don't return calls and they charged over $600 to do paper work and paper work was crap, title faulty and complete breech of contract. If you are buying through internet, know this dealership considers you a sucker !

Terrible dealer.bought a used bike from them.nothing but issues.purchased a 1300$ that is worthless.3 trailers trips later, I repaired bike myself. Wouldn't buy a xxxxing tshirt from this place
