Hgreg Doral To whom it may concern, Today would have been 8 days since a bought my car at Hgreg Doral. Of the 8 days, the car has spent 4 days back in their shop To whom it may concern, Today would have been 8 days since a bought my car at Hgreg Doral. Of the 8 days, the car has spent 4 days back in their shop getting things fixed because it was shaking. I have spent money on UBERS going back and forth from the place, I have paid insurance and will be paying Capital One for a car I have only used 4 days since purchased, I have no guarantee that the car will be in perfect condition when I pick it up and I now fear to pick it up and to assume this time the car will present no more issues... the "As is" part of a contract does not include the non compliance of the dealer in meeting its own so-called point inspections which the people at the dealer have admitted to not have completed for this car and admitted to cases from the past in which the cars were not fully inspected before selling them. I understand things happen, I am not unreasonable, but to have paid for a car I haven't been using is just not right. The manager Jose has been responsive, the maintenance person Frank has been responsive to my messages and the salesperson Rafael has been nothing short of great but I expect more from a dealer when a sale is completed and an issue like this arises. I expect compensation aside of resolution of the issue especially after admitting that the inspections were not made on the vehicle before selling it to me. Is it wrong for me to expect more? I was planning on buying another car in February 2019, in fact, a Mercedes I had already looked at with the salesperson, that is definitely not happening with Hgreg, sad to say it. I hope they give me the car today, I hope it's in perfect condition and that in fact the issue is resolved, most of all I hope that in good faith compensation for my troubles and expenses incurred during the last full business week is considered. I have lost time and by default, I have lost money in going back and forth on this matter. Looking forward to ending this ordeal. More
