Purchased Bmw M5 Blown Engine within 8K Miles I purchased a 2015 BMW M5 competition package, $60K car. It still had the factory warranty at the time. Within a couple months i had small issues, mai I purchased a 2015 BMW M5 competition package, $60K car. It still had the factory warranty at the time. Within a couple months i had small issues, mainly it kept fouling plugs and sensors would go off. Long story short within 7 months i replaced plugs and coils twice. Not even a week after the second time this was done, i was getting onto Sawgrass, punched it, and suddenly the car was bogging down, drive train error message and engine making a bad noise. I had it towed in, after testing turns out the fuel injectors were leaking, bent rods, 2 cylinders no compression. To make matters worse, my factory BMW warranty expired 5 weeks ago. I had no modifications, this was my daily car not raced, took very good care, only 34K miles on it and the engine blew. For a $125K car new with only 34K miles, this should not happen at all. The finance manager i knew, contacted him first, non responsive anywhere. He referred me to Elias Contreras the manager. Ive called 3 times, left messages, sent emails, opened a ticket. No one has responded to me. Here i am stuck with a $1200 month car payment, on a car that BMW wants $38,000 for a new motor. The cheapest i could find a motor was a rebuilt for $28,000 and no warranty. The fact i am being ignored and no one can respond back is horrible service. I will continue to post everywhere until i get a response and next legal action. More

The light was gone when I left but it came back on along with the gas cap sign on my dash. I think it was a temp fix. Disappointing. Also the turn signal lights on my mirror does not work and I was told that both sides had burnt out lamps but I totally disagree. Both sides are weather protect. Service manager told me I need to replace both mirrors. After spending 19,000, this is not what I wanted to hear. I understand you buy as is but this was noted the same day. I felt that after I bought the truck, everything was my problem. Doctor it up to sell it. Very disappointed with service. Suleman was great.. I even got the extended warranty bumper to bumper but my issues are not covered More
