It’s called customer service. I found a car that I was interested in on their website and contacted them through it. I got plenty of email and text communication at that point. Wit I found a car that I was interested in on their website and contacted them through it. I got plenty of email and text communication at that point. With much effort I arranged for the 2 hour drive to the dealership. Again plenty of communication. Once there the manager and salesman were friendly. I saw the car and it was what I wanted, but I couldn't start the financial process just yet. At that point the manager ignored me and the salesman could care less. After 4pm I left and was ready first thing in the morning to purchase the car. It had been sold hours after I left. Not a single attempt was made in ask if I was interested or offer something else. Other dealerships would make the effort. It's called customer service. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AND NOT RECOMMEND THEM. More

Reasonable prices poor service Cars aren't thoroughly checked. Drove for 10 miles then engine light came on. Called manager and told me take to Audi because he was off. Got car bac Cars aren't thoroughly checked. Drove for 10 miles then engine light came on. Called manager and told me take to Audi because he was off. Got car back 5 days later. Brakes needed replacing told me to bring tomorrow to hgreg mechanic says nothing wrong (7 day return is now over). Took pics of all 4 burnt rotors and sent to management... Bring back tomorrow ... Only replaced 2. Wasted time. Not good business More
