Very caring and honest salesperson I could not be any more pleased with the transaction between myself and Hertrich Nissan. My first car (1 of now 3) purchased was through Hertrich and I could not be any more pleased with the transaction between myself and Hertrich Nissan. My first car (1 of now 3) purchased was through Hertrich and they have proven to give good quality, attention and care to their customers as they did over 20 years ago. Chris Bell was honest throughout the entire process and made me feel like family. As it had been quite some time since my last car purchase, I had no clue what to expect with buying another car and I never thought I would complete the process in under a week!!! I look forward to learning my new pre-owned Nissan and getting semi-acquainted with the service department to keep my new baby in tip top shape! More

New battery My car wouldn't start while up in Christiana and I had to call AAA to get it started so I could come home and the fellow said as long as I didn't turn My car wouldn't start while up in Christiana and I had to call AAA to get it started so I could come home and the fellow said as long as I didn't turn the car off I should be okay to drive back to Dover. Thanks to your friendly staff I was able to get a new battery and I was only there about 45 minutes. More
