No Longer Coming Back I called this morning to schedule an oil change and spoke with a rep by the name of Orlando. He gave me a quote of about $200 for the service and when I called this morning to schedule an oil change and spoke with a rep by the name of Orlando. He gave me a quote of about $200 for the service and when I asked why is it so expensive when I usually pay less than $50, he told me that I was due for an inspection on my car and they wouldn't be able to take me in until TOMORROW. I declined that service and told him that I only wanted an oil change so he told me that they wouldn't be able to take me until NEXT WEEK. Told him I was going somewhere else and he gave me a 2:50 PM appointment for the next day right away. I don't understand why he didn't just do that from the start. Made me feel like they didn't want to take me in if I wasn't going to spend a lot of money. I bought my car from them in 2011 and have always taken it there for maintenance ever since. Their customer service has deteriorated over the years--they're more focused on making sales than focused on making their customers happy. I once trusted them with servicing my car, but now I feel like everything they tell me that needs to be done on my car isn't accurate and it's all just to make a sale. More

Arrived 5 days later to my tires flat in the lot and no brake pads put on the car, because I apparently declined them even though that was the only reason I came in. Management was truly useless and that goes for the white haired guy in the corner. And all in all save yourself trouble and don’t come here cause if they are not making money off you nothing else matters More

Chris Galakis - General Manager is worthless to solve any issue! The vice president does not respond and Mr.Herson is a absentee Owner! With all that said, You will get a great price from Kevin on a new car, but zero service as a follow up, if you have any issues after signing paperwork!! Herson's is supposed to have Charging stations that work according to Kias dealership requirements, they do not work. My car was plugged in for 4 hours on one charger and 2 hours on the other with no charge according to car's gage! The finance people, ask you to fill forms out that are not related to a deal if you are out of state! Their title department is also useless as they sold me a car, did 3 hard pulls reducing my credit score by 74 points until they finally got me a 6.9% rate vs a 2.9% rate Kia was offering! It has been over 20 days and I have nothing that satisfies the State of Pennsylvania that this car is legal to drive. The car can not be inspected! Kia Finance wants me to make payments on a car that is not registered to me! Be very weary of these people! The only good guy there is Kevin Murphy who runs around like a chicken without a head, doing everyone else's job because according to Chris Galakis, Kevin fixes everything! More

So Disappointed I have been a loyal customer here since 2012 and I’ve never had a problem with getting my car serviced until today. I brought my car at 11:30 for my s I have been a loyal customer here since 2012 and I’ve never had a problem with getting my car serviced until today. I brought my car at 11:30 for my scheduled appointment and told the gentleman who took my car that I would be waiting since it was just an A1 service (I always wait for this type of service). He told me to go into the waiting room and make myself comfortable. Two hours go by and I have heard nothing about my car. The service center seemed busy so I figured my car must be coming out soon. After another thirty minutes went by I asked if everything was ok with my car. The reply I got was “you didn’t drop it off for the day?” I should have known then that my car had been forgotten about. I was told that it should be out soon - 45 minutes later and I have now been at the service center for four hours with no word on my car so I went to the counter to ask again. I was told “well they are working on it now, we don’t know what happened.” Another 15 minutes go by and I’m told I need new rear tires and my oil pan might have a leak so I should bring my car back again with another I’m sorry we don’t know what happened today. In the past I have always been asked if I want to fix things in the same day (the reason why I schedule early appointments) but I guess because they forgot about my car they wouldn’t have time to fix anything. If anyone had just been honest with me when I first asked about my car I would have taken it home and not had it serviced rather than wait another hour for it to finally start getting worked on. What makes me the most mad is that I was offered no apology for forgetting my car. Just a “we don’t know what happened.” You KNOW what happened - my car was forgotten about. I wasted my day off sitting in a service center watching horrible scenes of women being attacked on Law and Order SVU (awful choice for a public waiting space) all for an oil change and tire rotation. I will NOT be using Herson’s Service Center ever again. They completely lost me as a customer today with this poor customer service. More

Despite speaking with the used car team several times and even checking in an hour before we arrived, to our great dismay it was sold literally 5 minutes before we arrived. The dealership wanted to make it right and hooked us up with one of their new car sales reps, Shaun Ruiz. Ask for Shaun!! We ended up with a new car - same model, trim, exterior color and interior color - for only a little more than we would’ve paid for the used car. Shaun was very friendly and easy to talk to, did not pressure us at all, was very accommodating and flexible, and got us an incredible deal. Shaun made our overall experience go from 1 star to 5 stars. More
