His explanations about all of the ins and outs and bells and whistles on the car were thorough and most helpful. After I decided I wanted the car, we had a very nice discussion over price and I think I got as good a price as I could get without throwing a fit or playing games. My Visit to Honda for a Simple Service Turned Out a Blessing Cesar Lemus assisted me with my request. Initially, I just wanted to program blue tooth in a car I bought from my sister. She told me to go to Herson' Cesar Lemus assisted me with my request. Initially, I just wanted to program blue tooth in a car I bought from my sister. She told me to go to Herson's Honda and they can do it for me. As I was parking at Herson's, the dashboard warning went on and said "check tire pressure." Cesar took care of the programming of the Bluetooth and showed me how it was done. He was very pleasant and friendly. I told him about the warning on my dashboard and he said they can look at it and it was at no cost to me. He also asked if I wanted to go somewhere instead of waiting at Honda. Since I didn't have lunch yet, I asked if they can bring me to Fontina Grille. The shuttle takes you to where you are going and while at Fontina Grille, I received a call and I asked to be picked up. My van was ready when I got there. Cesar explained very thoroughly what happened to my tires. It was a blessing that I was at Honda parking lot when the warning sign turned on. This is my first time to have my van serviced at Honda. All my cars from the first to the last one previous to Honda were all Toyota cars/van. I was happy with the service and Cesar Lemus exemplified my idea of EXCELLENT SERVICE. I used to work for Coca-Cola Enterprise, Consumer Response and I know good service when I experience one. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. More
