Tosca stepped up and advocated for me to have my car evaluated and serviced on time. When she had information to share and the service department phones were down, she called me on her personal cell phone. When the technicians came back with bad news, she talked me through the options. She even notified me of a promotion that they were running so that I could get a discount.
