Honda at its best We purchased a 2017 Honda CRV with great help from Michael. This is our 6th Honda but our first purchase from Herson's Honda. Our first 5 were from another great dealer in Illinois. Our experience with our IL dealer had left lifetime impression of great service from Honda dealers and we were not sure if we will receive the same great service from Herson's. Michael was amazingly great and met our expectations from the first day we met him. His knowledge of Honda made us realize we were in good hands. While we did not buy on our first day, he was very patient and understanding without placing too much pressure on us. He gave us an opportunity to discuss different car models based on our needs. We test drove some of the choices we were considering before settling on the CRV. The financial advisor was equally great. We loved that nifty computer screen on his desk which made signing the paperwork easy! We found a new Honda home at Herson's. More
