Great experience with Lappe! We bought a 2017 CR-V Touring with Lappe. He was very informed on all the features of the car and was willing to take the time to explain everything. Arturo's customer service was excellent! After test driving the 2017 Odyssey last spring, we waited and followed with Arturo for the 2018 Odyssey. Aaron was the best!! Highly recommend! I normally don't trust people easily, and I hate the car buying experience... BUT THIS WAS THE EXCEPTION!!! I walked in, told him what I was looking for, he immediately got keys and showed me the car. I started asking him very specific and directed questions. I tried to see if he would give me REAL answers or if he would BS me like all the other car salesmen I've worked with. Aaron remained calm the whole time. He never tried to "sell" me on anything, and he answered all my questions honestly. He told me his honest opinion about certain models. He told me the Pros and Cons of going up a model or down a model. He made the decision very clear to me and gave me the confidence I require in making a very logical and practical decision. When it came time for the sales part, he gave me a phenomenal starting rate. I did my research before hand so I knew it was good. I also visited other dealerships in the area and non of them offered me anywhere close to what Aaron did. Aaron Phillips is a one of a kind Care Salesmen. I'd be surprised if he doesn't sell the most cars at Herson's. If not, he definitely has the happiest clients. Thank you Aaron! You made this experience better than I could have ever dreamed. More

Completely exceeded our expectations of service First, we had a problem with the title on the old car we were getting rid of. Although we were selling it rather than trading it in, both our Sales Consultant, Aaron Phillips and the Business Manager, Kurtis Eutzy, went to great lengths to help us resolve the problem, even though it didn't impact our purchase of the new car and was not their issue. Beyond that, Aaron, Kurtis and Chris Andrakakos couldn't have been more knowledgeable or truly helpful. I have every confidence in the integrity of the guidance and advice they gave us regarding the selection of our wonderful new Accord Touring car, the options and service contract. This is the 4th car our family has purchased from Herson's Honda of Rockville and we wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. More
