We’ve had several issues with HERSONS but I’ll start with the most recent 2/4/2020. I think the dirty car salesman reputation must’ve been coined just for people like CJ (OMAR TASHMAN)! My dad is 71 years ol the most recent 2/4/2020. I think the dirty car salesman reputation must’ve been coined just for people like CJ (OMAR TASHMAN)! My dad is 71 years old and a lifelong owner of Honda’s so we are a family of Honda’s. My dad went in to get another car leased, he realized when he got home he was uncomfortable driving it so we called the dealer literally within the hour and asked if we could return it or do a exchange or trade it in for a different car since the financing didn’t go through yet; the lady in finance said she could put it on hold until we spoke to the manager CJ (Omar Tashman). The next day around 4pm (24hrs after purchase) he calls us and proceeds to tell us nothing can be done , he can’t return it or trade it in for something else until 30 DAYS LATER; he emphasized the 30 days over and over again. He said bring it in 30 days and he will personally discount him try to give him a good deal on another car. The next day, my dad got some info from my uncle in nyc that something didn’t seem right about the 30 days, it seems like he’s screwing your over so we called CRISWELL in Germantown explained the situation. COME TO FIND OUT THIS MAN CJ DID US DIRTY!! Not only did he over price the Honda Pilot (price of a fully loaded truck) but he literally MISREPRESENTED & MISLEAD CUSTOMERS FOR HIS OWN GAINS! Who does that? Are we in United States of America or a third world country? How is that legal? This is predatory and insane that hersons has employed someone like this! Guess what CJ, you’re not getting your cut from this deal, we went to Criswell to unf**k your HORRENDOUS DEAL! ABSOLUTELY ASININE! TO ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE COMPARE TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS! Don’t even take my word for it just go to multiple dealerships don’t trust hersons outright! I don’t want this to happen to someone else! More

My 2017 CRV has done A1&A2 maintenance, but it couldn’t start after 2 weeks. They told me battery is fine and couldn’t reproduce the failure. After 2 weeks, it couldn’t start again. We contacted local dealerships in the area that had the cosmic blue Civic Lx in stock. Noella from Hersons Honda called us back and we provided her with the quote and confirmed availability. Since we were trying to match or have Hersons beat the price, she had to check with her manager Pat. She spoke with Pat and told us to come in and they will at least be able to match the price. We show up at the scheduled appointment time at 6pm and the front desk informs us that Pat had left early. A sales associate approached us and told us that he’d be able to help. He took the quote and showed it to another manager, CJ. The associate came back and told us that he’s having the car brought out for us to test drive. When we came back from the test drive the associate informed us that CJ wanted to see the quote again. CJ comes to the desk and tells us that he will not be matching or beating the price because he’s not desperate (At the time of writing this Hersons has 33 Civic Lx in the lot).They could’ve told us over the phone to save us time and prevented my 64 yo dad having to risk coming to the dealership. This dealership has no regard for what is happening and continues to operate as normal. As we were walking out there was a service tech at the exit with his mask under his chin. If you get an offer from this dealership just know that there is a good chance it will not be honored once you show up. Additionally, they are lax at enforcing safety precautions to protect their customers. Noella and Sales Associate, Thank you for trying to help. Satisfied With Herson's Honda and Service I have purchased three Hondas from this dealership since 1988. My first car, from Hersons, was a 1988 Honda Accord. Next, I purchased a 2000 Honda CRV I have purchased three Hondas from this dealership since 1988. My first car, from Hersons, was a 1988 Honda Accord. Next, I purchased a 2000 Honda CRV. I loved that car. It had a card table built in to the trunk area. My next purchase (and current vehicle) was a 2015 Honda CRV. I have kept each vehicle over 10 years. I really drive my cars a lot and have driven more than 150,000 miles on each car before trading. I even enjoy taking my car for its scheduled maintenance because everyone is so helpful and easy to work with. More
