WOW!!! What an incredible experience. When we entered the showroom floor, we were greeted by a very pleasant salesman, Ofosuhene Richardson. Tashman, he referred us Ofosuhene Richardson, aka "Rich". Rich was professional, personable, extremely patient, and, at times, humorous. His overall demeanor was a pleasant surprise. I say this because our past experiences a other dealerships when we were just browsing was no pleasant at all. The salesman come at you like you are the only individuals to come into their showroom in months; i.e. like wolves. The entire experience was fabulous, and dare I say enjoyable and relaxed. Herson's Honda should be proud to have such a positive salesman such as Rich as part of the Herson's Honda team. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful he truly was. We had him laughing and he, in turn, had us laughing. He has a demeanor that is not always easy to find when hiring employees at any establishment. I should know, as I was the Director of Human Resources for 16 years. I also want to mention that the gentleman that handled the financing and/or paperwork was both professional and courteous. Everything went smoothly. In fact, it went so quickly that we were shocked. The entire experience was effortless. As we mentioned when we first spoke to Rich, my husband purchased Honda's Ridgeline Truck, and my daughter has purchased to Honda Civics, and yesterday I purchased my first Honda from Herson's Honda - the Honda Accord Sport. We can truly say that we are a "Herson's Honda Family" and proud of it. Herson's Honda will definitely be recommended to any and all of our contacts both personal and business wise. Maintenance on Honda Odyssey It was time for my Odyssey's maintenance. I had also lost the key for the lug nuts, and needed a new key, and to do that I also needed 4 replacement It was time for my Odyssey's maintenance. Rose, from the dealership, explained about the maintenance, the need for new lug nuts, and answered my question about when I last had my battery replaced. I told him right now not intrested, but Aaron showed me the cars and explained about the models. I told him since major model is coming for 2018 i may take at that time. Later he used to contact me through phone and updates me if any promotions or 2017 model clearance . He is very friendly and never force / just gave the info and he find i am interested or not. Later when i decided to buy the car and with new model I drove the car, my wife drove the car and we took time , he never give up and finally the day we decided we got good deal (We belive :-) ) .
