Great Experience All Around I've bought several cars before so I knew what to expect when going to a dealer - and I did not expect this level of customer service from a dealershi I've bought several cars before so I knew what to expect when going to a dealer - and I did not expect this level of customer service from a dealership before going to Herson's Honda. We were able to walk in and test drive the exact car we wanted with the right trim level without any appointment or hassle before hand. Other dealerships we visited before either didn't have the car we wanted on hand or it was in their extended storage lot which meant we had to wait a long time before even getting into it - not a pleasant experience! We first test drove the CR-V in Late December and we were upfront with Jebzain that we wouldn't be able to make a purchase until Late Jan/Early February. He was more than willing to still show us the car and even went as far as to give us some numbers to think about so we can make the most informed choice possible. Not many dealerships will give you numbers for the car unless you're serious about buying. We weren't tossed aside because our purchase wasn't that day, like we were at some other dealerships. After we had finished driving the cars on our list (We were going between the CR-V, Equinox, and Forester) we went back again to test drive the CR-V one more time and while Jebzain was not available the day we went, his manager (Alpha) was more than happy to provide us with a stress free test drive on short notice. We got to spend some more time with the car and it solidified our decision to purchase. We walked into the dealer on January 28th and walked out 2 hours later with our ideal car and a fair deal that we were happy to walk away from. Other cars I've purchased in the past I've had many dealerships try to throw in things that they think I won't catch or notice and I was impressed with the transparency that the Finance Manager (Alex) showed us. We did not feel pressured or rushed into a decision about buying our car. I would like to thank Jebzain and Alpha for their terrific service and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Honda to consider this dealership if they live near the Rockville MD area. Out of all the dealerships I've ever dealt with, this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had and they made it as seamless and stress fee as possible. Buying a car is a big milestone for many people and you should feel as comfortable as possible when making such a decision. More

At that time I considered to buy a used car, but I seriously started to consider buying a new car although it's higher than my original budget plan. A couple of days later I visited Herson's Honda and met Rich again. He understood my position and offered better number for me after persuading his manager.
