I particularly appreciated his friendliness, his understanding of my situation, his knowledge of the products he is selling, and most of all the fact that he was patient and not pushy at all! I went back twice to the dealership and Rich allowed me to try several vehicles. The first time, I told him that I did not want to share my contact information because I was afraid that he would call me all the time, and Rich understood. He just handed me his business card and did not insist. That in itself made me want to come back. It is at my second visit that I decided to buy an HR-V. Rich was truly wonderful about the whole process. He literally fought for me to give me the best price, one that I could afford. He took a great deal of time to explain to me all the details and he was very thorough all along. He took a great deal of time to make me happy with my purchase. Everyone else was great also. I had a very good experience with the Financing Manager who took the time to advise me about the different coverage plans I could purchase. He was also extremely friendly and thorough. Finally, I met the manager of the dealership who was at the image of everyone else I dealt with at this dealership. I would strongly recommend to anyone who is thinking about buying a Honda to go to Herson's in Rockville. If you had a bad experience dealing with a car dealer in the past, I can guarantee that this won't happen there! Buying a car can be very intimidating (it is a big purchase!), and at Herson's they make you feel at ease from start to end of the process. More
