Test drive was great as we went through some city driving, around some back roads, and back along the highway. Most dealers want to take you for a 30 second spin around the block. Aaron, my salesperson, at Herson's was extremely helpful without being too pushy. Everyone we worked with answered our questions as quickly as possible. When I had a question about the bluetooth function, multiple salespeople came to help me (and I had even purchased the car already). I thought that the price was very good -- it was hard to get discounts on the 2015 Fit, as it is so new, but they really worked with us to get to a price we wanted and a finance rate we liked. I'd definitely recommend Aaron and the rest of the team at Herson's for a great buying experience. More

Best Purchase Ever I have bought many cars throughout my life, some were great experiences, and some were horrible. I have to say that my most recent purchase was the t I have bought many cars throughout my life, some were great experiences, and some were horrible. I have to say that my most recent purchase was the the greatest yet, and might be the best I ever see. Throughout my 60 years of driving, I've never owned a Honda. When my transmission went out on my 6 year old Toyota, I decided to give Honda a try. I live in Germantown, so my first visit was to Criswell Honda. After 15 minutes in the dealership, I was so disappointed in the salesman, that I almost gave up on Honda as a whole. After I got home, my wife convinced me to give one more Honda dealership a try since she knew I had always wanted a Honda at some point in my life. I chose Herson's Honda in Rockville since it was the next closest. Upon my arrival, I was a bit discouraged to see that the place was in a major need of a "face lift". I walked in the door and was greeted by a young man named Matt. He investigated my wants and needs for a bit, then I found us talking about each others families. 20 minutes later I found myself staring at my "dream car". It was a Black 2014 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Navigation with Tan interior. Once I sat in the drivers seat I knew I was going to buy that car, and after my short experience with Matt, I knew I was buying it from him. We went back inside for the part of the whole ordeal that I hate, the negotiations. Surprisingly, Matt and his manager George, made it an enjoyable experience. I ended up getting what I thought was a good deal, and I was on the road in my new car in just over an hour. The finance guy, Joe, left a bit to be desired, but I am willing to overlook that part of the process because of the actions and thoughtfulness of Matt and George. If anyone from Herson's is reading this, THANK YOU! You made what is typically a fairly difficult and awkward ordeal enjoyable, and made me feel like I was working with friends and family. More
