Great experience buying used car for first time We had already bought 2 new vehicles from Herson's in the past, so when it was time to get our daughter a more reliable car since she's getting ready We had already bought 2 new vehicles from Herson's in the past, so when it was time to get our daughter a more reliable car since she's getting ready to head off to college in the fall, we went to Herson's first. Oleg greeted us in only a couple of minutes after we arrived and started looking. We explained to him that we'd like to test drive a Civic and he grabbed the keys to one we were looking at and off we went. After that, we looked around at a few of the other available Civics on the lot, and then talked to the sales manager, Kevin, who took us around the property to look at some of the other cars that had just come in. We came back a couple of days later, and a Civic that had just come in was ready to test drive. Again, off we went, and after reaching a good deal in our price range, about 90 minutes later we were signing the paperwork with the finance manager, Chris (who was also great to work with). A couple of days after that, we brought our daughter's old car in to see if Kevin would be interested in taking it to resell, and he gave us the price we were looking for, reworked our original deal so that it came in as a trade-in on the deal and saved us about a hundred bucks in taxes--sweet!! All-in-all, we've never had any complaints about our experiences with Herson's, and this most recent experience has ensured that we will continue to come back anytime we need a vehicle. More

Over All good experience. Had great time with sales but unpleasant time with finance person. Despite having very high credit score the rate of finance was also very high. We were told that this was fixed rate to finance Honda Fit. My colleague also got fit same day and I was later told that despite of not good score got it financed at a much lower rate. I was shocked to hear that. In the meantime I arranged unsecured loan from my bank at a very lower APR and called Honda Finance for payoff. I was told that as details were not yet available, I will have to wait for the time till first payment becomes due. However I was also told that Dealer will be able to help me with this. Went to the Dealer and confronted the finance person about the rate he mentioned was the fixed rate for everyone financing honda fit and despite my colleague having not good score got it on very low rate than me. He was being rude and told me that he does not lie and rate can differ from person to person. As he was being rude I asked him to help me with the pay off loan. I was told the same thing to wait for first payment. Even though I had good experience with sales team but had a very bitter experience with finance person. More

He thought he was clever by switching the MRSP to make it seem like he was giving us a "deal!" He said changing the MRSP was insignificant to the invoice price EXCEPT it added another $900 to the car he was trying to sell us! What he did was dishonest and when I brought it to his attention he walked away from my brother and me. You come to your own conclusions, and chance are they wot print this review, but Justin was dishonest, Aaron knew nothing and the GM never returned my phone call. More

One of the main reasons the Honda stayed in contention is the service Aaron Phillips gave me at the dealership. He put me at ease, answered all of my questions and sent me on my test drive, all within 20 minutes. I gave the pricing only two stars because the manager started the numbers so much higher than what the market was dictating, I didn't want to start the negotiations at such a number. Others may have been fine with that but it was a turn off for me. If you are deciding to purchase a Honda, I would advise checking out Aaron at Herson's! More
