The dealer does not honor its price-Waste of Time They got me in the shop to buy a CRV. Price was quoted in email and verbally, we were excited to pick up the car. When we landed there to pick up car we were told there are extras that we need to pay. The car was showed to us fully loaded and the price was given with all accessories. This is just a way to get customers in the door the dealership does not care. The dealer needed to be reported to Honda so that their behavior be disciplined with customers. Never buying at Herson's Would not recommend to anyone. Worst dealership ever visited. Test drove CRV 2015 AWD Touring. Noah was horrible and had anger issues when countered offered his price quote. I have had Honda for past 20 years no one ever presented interest rates before settling on the price and it was all done in sales desk. Noah was very un professional need to attend customer service seminar and of course some college education might help. Had a horrible experience. I will complaint to American Honda. More

Won't buy a car from here......! Well where do I start.... I arrived knowing the car I wanted to look at so as any dealership the salesman Henry took my ID to test drive. Before I even test drove he asked me to fill out a credit app... Which I didn't even know they price.. If I'd like the car or anything. So I refused to fill it out, he then explained that they needed it. Which they don't! .... Took a test drive I loved the car! but when I got back to the dealership to talk numbers to the manager, we agreed on having my car appraised. While waiting on that Henry comes back to his desk and starts entering info into his computer. Meanwhile I'm texting on my phone and when I look up he had my insurance card and registration putting my info in his computer. That's where things turned. He took it upon himself to go through my car to find my information without asking and entered it in his system. So I proceeded to take my papers out of his hands ask for my keys and left! No salesman is to ever go into a customers glovebox and search for that info! So needless to say they lost a sale. All because of a salesman that took it upon himself to snoop through my car. Sucks for them.. But for me... I purchased a brand new Honda in Frederick! More

Made a Deal and Then Herson's Sold My Car to Someone Else I worked with Herson's to buy a used car. I had a good experience at first. I told the staff that I would be coming in the next morning to purchase I worked with Herson's to buy a used car. I had a good experience at first. I told the staff that I would be coming in the next morning to purchase the car - we had an agreement. 3 hours later, I get a voice message saying that they sold the car to someone else. I would never purchase a car from a place that does something like that. Carmax is 1/2 a mile down the road and we bought a car there this weekend, great experience - go there, not Herson's! More
