It was Cesar who took my call when I wanted to make an appointment for a battery replacement and oil change service. He was very engaging to my issues and was able to book a time for me right away. Before the service began, he explained to me and my husband what services are recommended, and also the type of battery it is, and why it died at this time. He was very respectful taking our decisions of picking up certain services while dropping other recommended services. He also checked my account/contract and seek for any saving opportunity. When we picked up the car a few hours later, he also explained to us item by item thoroughly and patiently. All in all, we are very happy with Cesar's service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR! So, my wife bought a CR-V and an extended warranty from this dealership several years ago. For the first time we had an issue that required repair So, my wife bought a CR-V and an extended warranty from this dealership several years ago. For the first time we had an issue that required repair, check engine light, AWD, traction lights all came on at the same time. We dropped the car off overnight, received a notice that they have the car the following day. We hear nothing else until near close of business that they won't look at it until the following day. That's fine and understandable. Then today, we get a call that they want almost $400 for the DIAGNOSTIC alone. Even with the warranty, I'm told that I'm on the hook for that diagnostic fee. I obviously rejected service, called AAA and am waiting right now for the tow truck to take the vehicle OURISMAN Handa in Laurel. We've worked with OURISMAN Honda before where they are honest, fair, and hard working. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR REPAIR HERE. The sales department may be fine, but they charge you the max possible for any and all services and repair. I was told that the reason for the rediculous DIAGNOSTIC fee is that "I have to pay my technicians". I'm sorry, but an OBD-II scan should not cost $400, and if your techs need an entire day to run a diagnosis on a vehicle that has been regularly serviced here at the same location for 5+ years, and the warning lights came on at the exact same time (meaning one issue is causing an error cascade), tells me they're either terribly trained, inexperienced, or are padding their invoices. Once again, DO NOT BRING your car here for service. I'd rather be robbed at an independent location where they are scratching by than the Robber Barron management/ownership at Hersons Honda. More

Aaron never pressures us or makes us feel uncomfortable about anything and he keeps the whole process moving along quickly and efficiently. He's a true asset to the dealership and we feel lucky to be able to work with him anytime we are looking to get a new Honda. Also, we had another great, personable experience with Kevin Lara in the Finance office--he makes the whole process quick and painless! We can't imagine going anywhere else to get our Hondas!! More

I was interested in and made an appointment to see a 2018 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid. I was communicating with the dealership for about 4 or 5 days before I could get to the dealership. I called a couple hours before closing the night before my 2-hour trip to the dealership to make sure the car was still available and was told it was. I arrived the next morning bright and early and was told the car was sold. I don't have a problem that they sold the car but I should have been notified the night before via a call, text or email that it was sold. When I got to the dealership for my appointment they had all my information and the manager said I should have been notified. They did call me about 45 minutes after I left the dealership to notify me that the car was sold. I will not visit this dealership again. More

Buying the car was the easy part. I been a customer of Hersons for over ten years. Brought three Honda from them but never used their service department. I like my local mechanic. My 2018 Honda Civic AC went out and it was covered under warranty. Every was great til I picked up my Civic. The doors had several very noticeable dents on it. Before leaving the lot, I told James Spradlin to take a look, he called his manager - i think Greg- and they agreed it was damaged done in their shop. They say their body shop is going to take care of it. It was late Friday and they say they're going to call and schedule a time for me to take it to the body shop. I took the car home and that's the last I heard from them. I tried to call several times and no reply. After several weeks and still no contact from Hersons. I'm guessing this is their business practice because i see other reviews - worth than my scratch- are being ignored. Remember how nice people are when they're getting your money. When it's the other way around it's a different story. Will never buy another car or take my car to Hersons again. More
