Misleading information My wife and I inquired over the phone about the availability of a white 2016 Honda Pilot Touring model, and we were informed that it was available in My wife and I inquired over the phone about the availability of a white 2016 Honda Pilot Touring model, and we were informed that it was available in their lot. My wife made sure that it was really available, and confirmed it with them thrice. Knowing how rare it is to find this vehicle, we decided to go immediately, and drove for over an hour from where we live just to check out the vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were very dismayed to find out that it was not really available in their lot all along. They instead offered to have us check out the other trims which they have in their inventory. We felt misled and manipulated. Either somebody did not do his/job right, or this is of one of their unprofessional sales trick. Regardless, this is an unacceptable way of treating customers. More

Sloppy work and terrible service I had accord manufacturer airbag recall service recently done at this Rockville Honda dealer. After servicing, the airbag SRS warning light is on all I had accord manufacturer airbag recall service recently done at this Rockville Honda dealer. After servicing, the airbag SRS warning light is on all the time when driving. The guy Justin Furstenberg performing the service never checked and confirmed no problem before returning the car to me. I had to go there a second time taking a half day off. It turns out the airbag inflator connector was not fully seated in the socket! By the way, this dealer recommend you a lot of unrelated maintenance and repair which you don not really need. They charge hundreds of dollars for oil change. Never will do business with this dealer again. I want to sue these bad dealer for wasting my time! More

Bad service experience when I replaced my front brake pad I had a front brake pad replacement but the rotors had machined and the cutting was not correct so my brake starts to have vibration. The advisor ask I had a front brake pad replacement but the rotors had machined and the cutting was not correct so my brake starts to have vibration. The advisor asked us to replace the rotors and estimated about $400 some dollars. Since my car does not have vibration before but now it has. I think the service should take the responsibility to fix it free. I would like to reschedule a appointment to fix this issue as soon as possible. More
