They also seemed to have a better inventory of vehicles than other dealers. After the deal was done, they did not give me a hard sell on financing, service contracts or other extras, but presented the options in a very straightforward way, which I appreciated. I'd recommend new car buyers to Herson's. More

sneaky and dishonest Car shopping hasn't been easy for me but this dealership made it a lot harder. 3 days prior to my visit I was told that with written proof they WILL p Car shopping hasn't been easy for me but this dealership made it a lot harder. 3 days prior to my visit I was told that with written proof they WILL price match. 4 dealerships later I was able to get a decent deal however the dealership was far and it was already late. I didn't want anymore time wasted. I didn't need to do any additional talking. I knew what I wanted. I just wanted to agree on the competitors price, sign the papers, grab my keys to my new car and go. Before coming I expressed how frustrating car shopping had been, I expressed how I did not want to waste time. When I arrived the manager that I was told to ask for didn't even help me. When I sat down with the salesman I asked him about the price match, showed him the written proof and was told (more than once throughout the convo) that yes they would match it. But of course I tried to lower the already low price, who wouldn't? I told the salesman that I was already pre approved but was interested in the rate they could offer. I said only run it through honda and only run it if that price can be matched. He said yes we can match it and we only run it through honda then run it through other banks only after we speak to the customer. When he came back I was told they ran my credit and they offered me a deal 5k more than the written offer from the other dealership. Seriously?!! Of course I explained my disappointment. And explained if I'm told all I need is written proof that it should be honored. He agreed and left to talk to a manager again. He came back and said he could honor it. I said then we have a deal. Before signing and seeing the papers I asked if I put this amount down I will only have this amount to finance(2k less than the offer), right? He said no and after I few disappointing words I walked. This experience could have been better. The manager that was supposed to help should have helped, and the truth should have been told at all times. More
Dishonest People I wish I've read the negative reviews before I bought CR-V 2015, then I would not have come back to this dealer after 20 years when we bought our firs I wish I've read the negative reviews before I bought CR-V 2015, then I would not have come back to this dealer after 20 years when we bought our first car, when at that time we also had a horrible experience. My husband never looked back. One bad experience for him was the cut off. I, however, came back, hoping for a different favorable experience from 20 years ago. At the end of the sale, I realized that they were only nice and friendly because they wanted my business, when I discovered that the transaction was dishonest, from the pricing and the trade-in. I never write reviews, but I am writing now to let people know that dishonest people do not belong in this business where customers should be treated with respect and honesty where their hard earned money are at stake. I should have learned from the first bad experience 20 years ago, I thought companies are now more customer service oriented. A lesson to be learned, twice! So never again with Herson's Honda and it's people, and making sure to get the word out so no one has to go through a dishonest financial transaction in their life. More

Unhappy and dissatisfied This is a customer who purchase a 2015 HONDA ODYSSEY 2 days ago. I want to you to be aware that I am unhappy with the post sales proceeding. My sales This is a customer who purchase a 2015 HONDA ODYSSEY 2 days ago. I want to you to be aware that I am unhappy with the post sales proceeding. My sales person was Miss Tammy. I had few list of accessories, when I was negotiating the deal of which Splash guard was one of them. I did see that missing when I was signing the papers and specifically asked your sales person that , "I see all the accessories except splash guard". She replied saying, "It will be taken care and I will pass the information to Services department". I asked her again before I left (finishing all the paperwork), to ensure that it is not missed, for which she said - "I will make sure that its there". I made an appointment yesterday for installation of accessories. I got the email saying " All the following parts will be installed, in which splash guard was missing". I immediately called your services department (Miss. Anna) and she said I need to speak with Sales. Miss Anna called me back later saying that "The deal doesnt mention it and we are unable to assist". She also asked me to approach the sales person and clarify the confusion. I tried to get hold of her but was unsuccessful. I came today morning to drop the car and meet Tammy to resolve things but she wasn't there and was told "She will be at 3:00 pm". I dropped the car and tried to call her around 3:00 pm but she will not return my call. I have to leave office just for this and came to your dealership around 4:00 pm. I met her and she was unable to answer my question and she asked me to speak with Noah( her Manager). I tried to explain him the situation and he was not interested to listen and said "Tammy doesnt lie" , which really provoked me. I explained them , I asked Tammy twice before leaving the dealership on the "Splash guard" but he didn't bother. When I said, I am leaving unhappy after doing business with you guys , he replied saying " You could have done it elsewhere". I trusted you guys and believed your words and I regret it now. I was really happy with the way thing went during sales - faster paperwork and prompt response but this situation made things down hill. I really request you to assist me here and make my experience smooth and pleasant. Update: Chris took care of me and assisted me in installing the splash guard for free Kudos to him for understanding a customer pain I am going rate them to 4 star , just because of the issue though Thanks Chris More
