Prior to going to this dealer, we went to a different one nearer our place. However, the sales lady from the first dealer did not deal with us professionally. She knew we were first-time car buyers and tried taking advantage of that situation. With Ira and Ricky, we never felt like we were being played with. My sales person, Moshen Heydari, was excellent: knowledgeable, kind, clear in his descriptions of the car's features, willing to answer all of my questions, regardless of their sophistication, and wise. He helped me make the decision to buy a new car, but did not make the decision for me. He listened to my needs and sorted the perfect purchase for me at this time. He is easily the best salesperson I have known in my car-buying history. The others who were working around us at Herson's seemed respectful, business like, busy, and they seemed to enjoy their work.
