Also, a huge BRAVO to Honda for making awesome safe, comfortable, great looking, and very reliable, vehicles. I have never ever had a Honda engine and transmission failure when I have driven from Maryland to New York to Canada to Alaska and from Alaska to New Mexico to Florida and up to Canada and back to Maryland. Honda did the right thing in taking Professor Deming's advice back in the 1960s to build QUALITY cars to beat the BIG THREE auto makers who were making unreliable poor quality cars aka "lemon cars" Thanks to Mr. Honda and ALL the employees at Honda Japan! wonderful service for a snowbird on way home from florida I was on the auto train on March 30th and was driving north on Route 95 north on my way home to NJ. The next day I called Herson Honda and told them I was on the auto train on March 30th and was driving north on Route 95 north on my way home to NJ. The next day I called Herson Honda and told them that I had a problem with my tire pressure and also my oil pressure. Two hours later I spoke to Mr Weston Stone, at the dealership. He had his service team correct the problems and I was on my way home safely. I want to thank Mr Stone and his team of personnel at Herson Honda for the help that a perfect stranger to the dealership received. More
Rose Byrd is "Super" I have bought Honda Accords from Hersons for over 20 years, In 2014, we bought an accord and CRV as our two (2) family cars. We always have our I have bought Honda Accords from Hersons for over 20 years, In 2014, we bought an accord and CRV as our two (2) family cars. We always have our service done at Herson's and I always make an appointment with Rose as she is so accomodating , so knowledgeable and so friendly. I bring our cars in for service at 7 am in the morning and most of the time am back on the road by 9 am. Last week, I had something as small as the battery flashing for the key fob. I dropped-in, found Rose and she took me to the parts dept. and I was out of there in about 15 minutes total. We should all be as fortunate to have a dozen Rose's as employees of our businesses. Great experience! Herson's Honda was my first stop looking for a car. I was greeted by Aaron Phillips and he patiently helped me with what I needed. I felt very comfortable to return back to the dealership and close a deal with them. Aaron was very professional, informative, and easy to work with. I am not an easy customer to deal with especially that I also had my sisters helping me with getting a good deal. Still both Aaron and the business manager, Justin, tried their best to offer me the price I wanted. I am very impressed and everyone did a great job. I would definitely recommend Herson's Honda to my family and friends. More

Provided unscheduled service when I needed it I had an unexpected problem with my Honda and needed to get it fixed on Saturday so I could go out of the country on Sunday. Herson's fitted me in and fixed the problem even though I didn't have an appointment and it was a busy Saturday. They gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait at the dealership all day, but my car was actually ready in a very short time. I interacted with Omar and Rose. Both were very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the email updates and the phone calls, which kept me informed and made the experience easy and stress-free. Having to deal with car trouble right before a trip could have been a big headache, so I was grateful to have things managed so professionally. My only suggestion for improvement is to reduce the time it takes to greet an arriving customer. I don't mind a short wait, particularly since I know things are busy, but I like to be acknowledged or greeted at least upon arrival. But, overall, an excellence experience. More
