Customer Service Had an appointment with Weston Stone to get the "A" service performed on my Honda Accord. My appt. was for 3:50 pm and I arrived at 3:40. I told Wes Had an appointment with Weston Stone to get the "A" service performed on my Honda Accord. My appt. was for 3:50 pm and I arrived at 3:40. I told Weston that I had just found out I needed to pick my grandchildren up from daycare by 5 and therefore needed to know if it was possible to service my car and have it ready by 4:30 at the latest. He immediately checked with the service team and came back and told me they would do it. Considering all my years of having cars serviced, I was skeptical. Low and behold he took my car immediately and at 4:15 it was ready to go! I could not have been more impressed. He came through for me and I will always bring my car back to Herson's because of that.
