The one negative comment I have for the dealership is regarding the management. They always take the time to explain what's being done to my car, how much I can expect it to cost and how long I can expect to wait. I have never been misled nor felt that I was being up-sold on unnecessary repairs. They value my business and want me to be happy. Their investment in top notch customer service is the reason why they've earned my business over all these many years. Did I even mention that Honda vehicles are quality cars that have safely transported my family of 6 all over the country through the decades? We own other manufacturer vehicles and I cannot say the same for those! And a shout out to Cesar Lemus! You'll want to ask for him; he's a true professional. More
