He was very patient with me as I spent about 20 minutes standing in the lot trying to decide on which color I wanted in the Honda CR-V which I purchased from him. It was actually a pleasure buying my new CR-V at this dealership. Gave me more for my trade-in than I would have anticipated and again no pressure from anyone. Buying my new Honda I had an 18 year old Honda (purchased at Herson's) which I dearly loved. I thought it was about time I purchased a new Honda but I was terribly atta I had an 18 year old Honda (purchased at Herson's) which I dearly loved. I thought it was about time I purchased a new Honda but I was terribly attached to the old one and don't like change. So- it was a difficult decision - to keep my car or to buy new. Ira, was very patient with my indecision and did everything he could to help me decide - even once telling me that I loved my car too much and to keep it. Finally I came to the decision to buy. So I did. I was impressed that there was very little pressure and how well I was treated. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. My most recent visit, Cesar was the best customer service person to help me so far. He was very informative with the information he was giving and always confirmed with me on any decisions I was making for my car. After everything was done, he gave me another summary of everything that happened during the visit and the future maintenance schedule. Very helpful and hope he helps me again in the future. More
