Drew was able to show me the auto and work with me to find the right terms which lead to me driving off the lot with a new 2016 Civic EX lease. He immediately came outside to confirm my appointment and arrange for the Herson's shuttle to take me to work. When I arrived to work a few minutes later, an acknowledgment email was already in my inbox. A short time later he called with the status of my B13 service and to bring other maintenance issues to my attention. I agreed to the other repairs as they are safety related. The truck was ready before the estimated completion time and the total cost was slightly less. Upon return to the service department Cesar reviewed the invoice with me line by line. Mr. Lemus is highly customer oriented. His explanations are clear and concise. He demonstrates a genuine concern for the customer and wants to ensure that the work was performed to the customer's expectations and satisfaction. I was most impressed that he took the initiative to special order the recalled Takata airbags rather than wait for the group notice of part availability. More

The exact model (CR-V EX- This was a very good car buying experience. Our sales associate, Rich Richardson, was extremely knowledgeable about the car. The exact model (CR-V EX-L with nav) and color we wanted was available. The price for the car itself was fair and competitive. We initially disagreed on pricing for some dealer added options and our trade-in, but this was resolved after some friendly negotiations with Rich and his manager, Chris Glakas. And after we made the deal, Rich spent considerable time ensuring that the car was set up exactly as we wanted (pre-setting radio stations, entering our home address in the navigation center, and asking us about our preferences for various other settings). I would definitely recommend Rich and Herson's Honda. More
