Fantastic experience My husband and I came to Hersons after a long day of shopping for a Honda Odyssey. We had both of our young kids with us and were really just there to My husband and I came to Hersons after a long day of shopping for a Honda Odyssey. We had both of our young kids with us and were really just there to get one last quote before going home to make a decision about where to purchase. When we got there, we told them we didn't want to see the car (as we'd already seen and test driven 2 that day) but just wanted to talk numbers. The man we spoke to insisted we see the car while he worked through some numbers and sent us over to Rick Deramo. Rick immediately started asking us about what we were looking for and why we wanted the Odyssey and quickly had the model we wanted pulled up. What was really great about talking to Rick was that he spent a lot of time showing us features in the car that 2 other dealerships had failed to point out, which basically helped us make make a final decision about which model to get. He also offered a lot of real life examples of how the features would be helpful to families with young children. Then came the real talk about numbers. This was the easiest part of our entire visit to Hersons. We told Rick what we were looking to pay, he took it to a manager (CJ), Rick and CJ came back, we talked numbers for about 5 minutes more and that was it. We were done. I am giddy about the deal we got, and really believe we were given an exceptional deal. The price they offered for our trade in was incredibly fair and the out the door purchase price was way less than what we had mentally prepared ourselves for. Also, while waiting for some of the other items to be taken care of, Rick took that time to quickly prep all of the paperwork we would need in order to save us time (again, w/ 2 young and tired kids, this thoughtful use of time was very much appreciated) Bottom line is, if you want a good deal with an incredibly pleasant buying experience overall, go to Hersons and go see Rick Deramo. His exceptional customer service and genuine willingness to help us out and work with us has earned him our customer loyalty along with as many referrals as I can possibly send over to him. More

Persistence Carl kept after an intermittent problem with my 10 year old van, checking every part that could be the problem twice. He did not want to replace even the most likely suspect (the starter) unless we were sure it was the problem. It ended up being a bad connection to the battery cable, which Herson's fixed without charge. In addition, Carl pushed to get my van seen quickly that first morning so I could make it to school for part of my teaching schedule that day. I felt well taken care of! More
