Quick Service! My tire pressure icon lit up. Believing it was because of the weather change, as has happened previously, I drove to Herson's Honda without an appoin My tire pressure icon lit up. Believing it was because of the weather change, as has happened previously, I drove to Herson's Honda without an appointment. Weston was the service rep that day and could not have been nicer. He informed me of the time needed because there were other vehicles with appointments, kept checking on the status of my vehicle and reporting back to me. Surprise! There was a nail puncture, which they quickly plugged at no cost...all within the hour plus 15 minutes promised initially. Kudos! More

Tosca was very helpful and I hope to work with her again on my next service. Ira made the experience easy and part of our choice to go with the dealer was because we wanted to work with Ira. Honda is a great car--this is our third--but the salesperson makes or breaks the buying experience thanks to Ira for making it a breeze.
