Excellent Customer Service from Rose and Luis Luis provided excellent customer service as a shuttle driver for me today. He dropped me off at the town center when my car was being worked on and p Luis provided excellent customer service as a shuttle driver for me today. He dropped me off at the town center when my car was being worked on and pointed out different spots that would be cool to go to while waiting, and he also picked me up when my car was ready. Rose was my service representative and provided awesome customer service! When I arrived by estimate completion time was 4 hours. I told Rose I needed my car as soon as possible. She ended up being able to have my car done in half the time- 2 hours! In addition, she helped with the service credit I had toward my bill for the service done and I hardly owed anything. She saved me time and money! Both employees get a 5 star rating, thank you very much for your service! More

Overall experience Today's service went well. The wait was minimal. Weston Stone explained in detail what was done to my CRV. He was very courteous and professional. How Today's service went well. The wait was minimal. Weston Stone explained in detail what was done to my CRV. He was very courteous and professional. However the 2015 CRV is known to have a major defect. The defect is a vibration that is felt in the cabin. Hersons Honda has checked out the car and says it is normal. Their best offer was to lease me a 2016 CRV that doesn't have the vibration problem. A new lease would require $2,000 down which is unfair as I already put $5,000 down on the current lease. Honda corporation acknowledges the vibration problem, but the Honda service centers don't. I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful job your service advisor Rose B. did yesterday in explaining in detail the to be on the brakes and additional work that needed to be done.. I never felt pressured to have the additional work completed. I credited that to her professionalism in explaining in detail the problems and what problems I would encounter in the future. Rose was also quick in informing me when the work was completed and she took the time to go over the work performed. I just hope I get Rose again the next time I bring my car in for service. Since then we have purchased two others, and then our last last week. That is a total of 4 Honda's that we have no regrets. And they gave us a great price this time so it pushed the deal over, even though we were just kind of looking at this point. Our saleperson was Rahiem Dorsey, and he was very informative and patient with us. We were glad we had him, and we would recommend him to anyone wishing to look or buy a car at Herson's. Herson's has always been helpful to us when we needed them especially in their service department. thanks again. More
