My experience leasing a vehicle at Heritage with Mason Maltais as my salesperson was outstanding! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted: A dark blue, 4 door simple and basic Toyota Corolla. Mason greeted me ( in a purple shirt no less - my favorite color)with a wide smile, a firm handshake and confident nod to what I requested. Within minutes - literally,after searching inventory; there was the "Nautical Blue" car I had only seen in pictures, ready for a test drive - delivered from to the door by Mason himself. The test drive was great as to be expected. Mason began preparing all of the paperwork for me, and made that part an absolute breeze. He kept in good contact via phone while the best rates were being found for me, and within a day - promptly called me in for signing. Mason actually accomodated me by coming in on his day off to complete the sale (wearing a navy blue shirt the color of my new car - no less- coincidence?) We shared a good amount of laughs throughout the process, and I felt extremely well taken care of. Mason is a charismatic, intelligent and talented salesperson as well as a very warm person who shared some stories of amazing life skills and experiences - that obviously contribute to his ease on the floor with customers. I have bought and leased many cars, and this has to be the best experience by far! More

Adam has got to be one of the friendliest salesperson I know. My car had been total loss after a deer just sprang out of the field directly in the line of my driving. I didn't want to be dead on the road in a matter of months. I didn't have much to work with from the insurance. I called Toyota and started speaking with Adam. Thank God. Not only was he friendly and easy to talk with, he was knowledgeable and very supportive. Thank God for the student lease program that Toyota was offering. Adam talked with me about this program but I never felt pressured. He was willing to work with me whether it meant I was going to buy a used car or try a leased car. He was patient; I changed my mind many times! He always had a good attitude, answered my questions and if he didn't know how to answer a question, he found out. Adam made this process as stress-less as possible. He knew I had a tight schedule and worked around my schedule to best accomadate me. I would say he went out of his way to ensure I had a good experience. It worked. Thanks Adam! More

We waited almost a month for our RAV4 Limited to be built (because there were none to be found for we wanted) and Andy kept us informed often to the status of it. We finally received it on 11/30 but the bod (because there were none to be found for we wanted) and Andy kept us informed often to the status of it. We finally received it on 11/30 but the body side molding was missing so Andy ordered it and when we were having difficulties scheduling the appointment he arranged to have a driver come to Vergennes to pick it up for us! Picked it up later in the day, with the side molding installed and a nice clean car. Love the RAV4! More
