I currently live in Boston but am from the Vermont area and traveled to Vermont just to purchase a new vehicle from them. I have used Heritage for service in the past and have always been pleasantly surpri and traveled to Vermont just to purchase a new vehicle from them. I have used Heritage for service in the past and have always been pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service. And I have to say now after negotiating on the phone from Boston, I was pleasantly surprised again by the sales team. I had a trade in vehicle that obviously had to get inspected before they could give me a final trade value for it but based on what I told them over the phone they gave me a good, high fair price for the trade in and after driving the 4 hours to Vermont they didn't try to haggle me or tell me, "Well, actually after inspection it isn't as good as we thought," or anything like that at all. Fantastic customer service, Mike James was a true professional and a friendly person all at the same time. Cheers! More
So today I finally did it. I got the vehicle of my dreams. After researching online I found a nice used Rav4. After a couple email exchanges I headed into the dealership to find it extremely busy. Seemed very friendly from the start. I told Adam about the Rav4 I had seen online. He knew right away which one I was talking about. He went and pulled it around and we then went on a lengthy test drive. Not being sure if it was the right choice for me. He let me test drive a new Rav4. Upon returning I wanted Adam to show all my options. Buy new, lease new or buy the used. After showing me my options he stepped back to let me decide what was right for me. No pressure. After I finally made my decision. I choose not to trade my current car and had the issue of how am I going to drive two cars home. Adam was wonderful and offered to drive my old car back to my house and had one of his family members follow us there. Above and beyond. Thank you Adam. Thumbs up. More
My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 blue Tacoma and we love it! We were particular about the cab, bed length, and color. Mason was extremely helpful, as was the finance team. I recently purchased my second Prius from Heritage. The first was 6 years old and has always been routinely serviced at this dealership. The service department is very efficient at taking the car in, going over with me what is needed for that particular service on the schedule, and making recommendations that can save me money if a service item is not necessary. The only repair I ever needed on the car in 128,000 miles was a right front wheel bearing. The first brake job was done at 129,000 miles. Both jobs were expertly completed. I did not give customer service a 5 only because I must sometimes wait for my car rather than be able to drop it off for the day (I live an hour away). It is many times more than a week before a "wait" slot is available for service. On the plus side, the dealership has a shuttle service available. For the two repairs, I was able to get an appointment immediately. Anyone I've ever talked to at the dealership has been very friendly, helpful, and efficient with whatever problem or questions I might have. Mason Maltais was the salesperson for the purchase of my second Prius. Mason was extremely helpful with choosing which model fit my needs best without trying to sell me things I didn't need. He did a complete job explaining the new features and how they worked before starting the test drive. He was very patient when I tried them all out during the test drive. Both Mason and Nick Zagres (the financing person) helped with any questions as I filled out the paperwork for my purchase. My husband was not with me at the time and Nick carefully marked every place his initials or signature was needed. Mason stopped by our house the next day to bring the paperwork back to the dealership so we didn't have to make a second trip to town. He also made a couple follow-up calls to be sure we had no extra questions, were able to set the bluetooth hands-free system up, and had been contacted by the service department to set up an appointment for the environmental package application. I know Toyota sets wholesale prices on their cars so the dealership has only so much leeway on retail prices. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is the e-price I was quoted on their website. This was about $1000 less than what I was quoted at the dealership. I learned this price is available when everything about the purchase is done online. This wasn't particularly clear to me and I'm not sure I would have done it that way anyway. On the whole, I would recommend Heritage in general and Mason in particular for anyone in the area looking for a smooth car buying experience and friendly and expert service after the purchase More
We have bought several new cars and this was by far our most enjoyable experience. ADAM MILLER WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. WE WERENT ABLE TO START WHEN PROMISED TO TO COMPLICATIONS WITH ANOTHER SALE HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF...BUT... HE TENDED TO ME AND MADE SURE HE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP AND T START WHEN PROMISED TO TO COMPLICATIONS WITH ANOTHER SALE HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF...BUT... HE TENDED TO ME AND MADE SURE HE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP AND THAT I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I EXPLAINED TO HIM MY WANTS, NEEDS, AND INTENTIONS AHEAD OF TIME AND HE LISTENED! HE MADE THE TRANSACTION VERY EASY AND WE ALL GOT WHAT WE WANTED IN THE END. PRICE WAS GIVEN A 4 BECAUSE TO THE ZERO PERCENT INTEREST OFFER I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE PRICE OF THE CAR WAS HIGHER THAN OTHER SIMILAR ONES I SEARCHED ONLINE. Connor worked to find the car we were looking for, and Larry worked with the numbers, and presented us with a price that worked well within what we were planning to pay. We appreciated the friendliness, and the time that they gave us. Connor gladly set up my cell phone with the bluetooth system before we drove away, even though the day was getting late! More
