A pleasant car buying experience with Laz Koep Recently, my wife and I were shopping for a new SUV and we stopped by Heritage Toyota to check out the RAV4 Edition. Though we had other vehicles in mind that we were very close to buy (Honda CRV, Subaru Forester), it was the experience dealing with Laz that totally convinced us that the RAV4 was the one for us. From the start, his pleasant and helpful demeanor, his knowledge as well as the ability to explain to us all of the features in the car and his go-way-beyond-duty willingness to taking time to answer every one of our questions. We were extremely happy with our recent buying experience and we will come back in a few months to buy for our son a new Toyota (if he so chooses). We returned two weeks later after deciding to purchase a Corolla, and the final buying process as well as the paperwork was effortlessly smooth.
