flat tire x 3 I had a flat tire a week ago last Friday. Took it in to Heritage on Saturday and, after a wait, they repaired it (I didn't have an app't so they fit m I had a flat tire a week ago last Friday. Took it in to Heritage on Saturday and, after a wait, they repaired it (I didn't have an app't so they fit me in). On Monday it was flat again.My partner took it in this time and, after waiting 3 hours, it was repaired again. They told him the person who fixed it on Saturday had not done it correctly. Then on this Saturday it was flat again. I was not happy. These were expensive tires, purchased from Heritage about a year ago. I went to Heritage again that morning. A young person named Dana in the Service Dep't was great. I told her my saga and she went right to her shop manager who himself took my car, checked out the tire, and said it needed to be replaced. So that's what we did. He and Dana were both very responsive and helpful - and they fit me right in even though it was a busy day. More

A pleasant car buying experience with Laz Koep Recently, my wife and I were shopping for a new SUV and we stopped by Heritage Toyota to check out the RAV4 Edition. Though we had other vehicles in Recently, my wife and I were shopping for a new SUV and we stopped by Heritage Toyota to check out the RAV4 Edition. Though we had other vehicles in mind that we were very close to buy (Honda CRV, Subaru Forester), it was the experience dealing with Laz that totally convinced us that the RAV4 was the one for us. From the start, his pleasant and helpful demeanor, his knowledge as well as the ability to explain to us all of the features in the car and his go-way-beyond-duty willingness to taking time to answer every one of our questions. We were extremely happy with our recent buying experience and we will come back in a few months to buy for our son a new Toyota (if he so chooses). Rob was happy to help & communicate with us outside of his normal business hours & for that we are very thankful since it’s often hard to find time with work & such. Jeremy Martin (delivery specialist) & Travis Green (finance) were both also equally as helpful when it came to showing us the technology within the Rav 4 & helping us through the final financial piece. Very knowledgeable & never pushy, just plain helpful! Overall it was a very low pressure environment with extremely honest & trustworthy professionals.
