I went into Heritage with a lot of questions the most basic of which was- what type of vehicle do I want? Dealerships are only as good as the people they attract and keep to serve customers. This is my third vehicle from Sue. The first two were when she was with another dealer and because Heritage got Sue, th and keep to serve customers. This is my third vehicle from Sue. Sue gave me the info I needed over the phone and with the info I gave her on the phone she had the right vehicle waiting for me to test drive when I arrived and two hours later I was driving it home. While we have limited experience with the dealership's Service Department, we've had two experiences with Mason Maltais in the last 8 months. The best aspect for me was being shown the sales invoice from the factory (I did ask for it). It lets me know for sure that the price of the vehicle was fair and honest - a huge selling point for me. I have a Toyota Matrix that has a chronic problem with randomly not starting. The issue has been happening since I first purchased the car from Heritage in October of 2008. I stopped into Heritage once randomly not starting. The issue has been happening since I first purchased the car from Heritage in October of 2008. I stopped into Heritage once late in 08' and again in early 09' to ask Heritage if they would diagnose the problem. They told me they couldn't do anything until the car was exhibiting the symptoms - meaning when it's broke bring it in. Bringing in a car that won't start means a tow and they couldn't promise me that it would be covered under warranty. The issue continued to happen and finally they agreed to look at in in October of 10'. Apparently they re calibrated the cars engine control nnit and gave it back to me after 10 days. A week later I was stranded in Lincoln with a car that wouldn't start and I had it towed to Heritage. They were unable to give me a loaner with AWD or snow tires - which I need to get up my driveway - so i was without a car for 6 days. Heritage replaced the ECU some pins in the key. Apparently, the car was all set and it was given back to me without explanation last Friday. Well, Monday evening I leave work late and get in the Matrix - guess what, it won't start. At this point the car has been out of service for more than 30 days and Toyota clearly has no idea what the issue is. Hopefully, Heritage and Toyota will do the right thing and get me out of this car. I'll be posting here and elsewhere on the net sooon... More

I had arranged a test drive for a 2010 Prius that I had been interested in and met with Paul Coleman. I told him that I would really like to be able to take delivery of the car (leasing) the same day and been interested in and met with Paul Coleman. I told him that I would really like to be able to take delivery of the car (leasing) the same day and he made it happen! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was able to get snow tires on it the same day and everything. I was there for no more than 4 hours and drove my new car home the same day. I will be giving his name out to everyone who is looking for a car in the future. Thanks again Paul :) More

Even thought we line in N.Y. a distance away, we made the trip with my brother Wayne Garrand who purchased a 2011 Toyota Tundra. We were only along for the ride. When we saw your inventory on good used Toyora Camrys we decided to look aroung for ourself. We found the one for us. If it haden't been for my brother taking us with him to look at new trucks, we probably would have never went over to Heritage Toyota and bought the car we did. It was a pleasure doing business with Griffin Burnett. More
