Mr. Powers, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment in the service you received from our department. Unfortunately the closest location at which a seat belt for your model vehicle was available was a warehouse in Boston. Please understand that your order was placed as soon as possible, but because parts from these warehouses are delivered on a first come, first serve basis, unfortunately we could not be 100% certain that the parts we ordered would be delivered overnight. In this particular situation, your seat belt order was for the last unit in stock, and unfortunately it was taken by the time our order was received and processed. The order was then referred to another warehouse where the part was in stock, and it was delivered as soon as possible. We understand and sympathize with your situation, as safety on the road is of the utmost importance to us. We were able to get your order on our New York delivery truck, and I hope you have received it and were able to get it installed. I apologize for any miscommunication you may have had with our staff while working with us. We are taking steps to make sure that this kind of situation will not happen again.
