This was by far one of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. I felt respected, well taken care of, and very comfortable. I have been in dealerships before where I have either felt ignored(lik I have ever had. I felt respected, well taken care of, and very comfortable. I have been in dealerships before where I have either felt ignored(like the sales person had already decided I was not going to spend enough) or I felt overwhelmed. The balance at Toyota was great. Mason had just the right level. He was also able to do his job, while using humor to make me feel at ease. Great Job Mason! The one thing that really impressed me is that no one at the dealer felt that in order to "SELL" a Toyota, that they had to "UNSELL" other brands. The biggest turn of for me is when a dealer does that. Everything was about how good Toyota was and they let the product sell itself. I would definately send people there to buy cars. More

The first couple of cars I test drove were not a good fit for me, and Conor was able to take my feedback and find me a car that I truly wanted. His refreshing honesty and respect led ultimately to my purchase of an automobile from Heritage. I had not planned on buying a new xB just yet but he worked up numbers for a tra the new Scion xB and showed me a new color for an '11 xB on the lot. I was quite pleased with his direct responses and effort to get answers if he did not have specific knowledge. In short, I now own a new xB. I dealt with two other sales staff in addition to Mason and found them all to be very courteous and helpful in my purchase of my new Scion. More
