Absolutely outstanding experience with my sales rep, Megan Terry, she was knowledgeable, had a good understanding of what I was looking for and was able to find the car I would be happy with. I had been on the fence between a Toyota and a Honda CRV and she convinced me that the Toyota Rav4 would meet my needs much more than the Honda. Once I decided on the car Megan was very helpful in getting the blue tooth working, and the Entune app established and gave me an overall rundown of the features. I was also impressed that she stayed beyond closing time and prior to that was willing to come in on her day off to meet me.
