My experience with Heritage Toyota was amazing! I went to many different dealers in the area and most sales people were too busy to come out and introduce themselves or just didn't seem to notice us. When we pulled up to Heritage it was pouring rain and Mike still came running out to introduce himself and make sure we didn't have any questions. at the end of our search one of the only dealers we could remember by name was Mike. Mike made sure to set me up with an AMAZING Toyota rav4 and kept it in my price range. Over all my whole experience with everyone in the building was fantastic I couldn't of asked for a nicer crew to work with! More

I want to fist start off by saying that I didn't walk into this dealership expecting to find and purchase a car that day. I didn't even bring my checkbook! I never once felt like I was being pushed into buying something that I didn't absolutely love. At the end of the day it felt like I was buying a car from a friend. We laughed and shared pictures and stories about our kids. He not only helped make my decision easy but he also helped me get the car I wanted at the right price! Mike worked really hard to find me a truck that would serve my needs in the price range I could afford. Jason, although there was a brief period of hesitation and question, ultimately stood by and compl serve my needs in the price range I could afford. I am a pretty straight forward type of person in that I tell you what I want and if you can deliver I am happy to pay a reasonable amount. I paid slightly more for my truck than I think it is was worth with the hope that Heritage would deliver based on the attitude they projected. It's one thing to say "I really want to get you into a vehicle you like", its another to truly deliver on that promise. They did and without a doubt. The recipient of that dual exhaust system should answer the question of why the whole thing needed to be replaced. Thank you Mike, Jason, Eric, Amanda and the rest of the service team for living up to the reasonable faults in my truck and delivering a quality product. Throughout the 4 1/2 hour process from arrival to driving off in a new RAV4 I was treated in a courteous, professional manner by all the employees with whom I came into contact (names escape me, sorry). I went to Heritage Toyota to have my 2008 Tacoma serviced. (purchased at Heritage in 2010) I was not looking to buy a vehicle. After walking the used lot for awhile I noticed a 2008 Toyota Highla serviced. (purchased at Heritage in 2010) I was not looking to buy a vehicle. After walking the used lot for awhile I noticed a 2008 Toyota Highlander priced way below book. I'd been thinking of trading in my wife's 2006 Mercury Mariner for quite some time. So, I grabbed Caitlin and explained what I wanted to do. After a test drive, Caitlin and I sat down to get everything ready for my return with the Mariner the next day. Mind you, I live 2 HOURS away in upstate NY! I went past two other Toyota dealerships just to deal with Heritage again. Caitlin arrived at work TWO hours early because it was convenient for me. Everything was ready and I was out the door with a full tank of gas and a Mother's Day present of a Highlander for my wife in only 90 minutes. I travel two hours and past two other Toyota dealerships because Heritage Toyota provides the best automobiles at the best price and have an outstanding service department. I will continue to refer friends to Heritage Toyota AND to Caitlin Junger!!! More
