I found the truck I ended up buying on line before going in. The sales woman was great and offered me a meal while waiting for the paper work to go through, which took quite a while. The only complaint I have is that the extended warranty offers were very pushy. I had to say no at least four times and get before I was able to sign and leave with my new truck. More

I previously wrote a negative review but should have waited to write it until after I spoke to my sales person. I wish I could delete my negative review, but I can't. I was frustrated that I don't get certain features in my Tacoma that I thought I was going to have access to. The features are new in the 2014 tacomas so Adam didn't realize that they don't work in Vermont. My only concern is that I want to be able to see the outdoor temperature. Adam said that they are going to install a new rear view mirror that will have the temperature and compass on it. I feel like Adam and Heritage are doing everything they can do to resolve this problem. More
