Accommodating! I was early for my 11:30am appointment by at least 45 minutes, as my sister-in-law called me to go to lunch. I went into this experience feeling slightly jaded, as the most recent vehicle I had purchased from a private owner turned out to be a total lemon. Chuck was extremely informative, gave me many options of buying and leasing, and worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was comfortable and informed. We were able to negotiate a price and finance plan that worked within my budget, and Chuck even brought my car to my prized mechanic (on his own time!) to ensure the vehicle I was purchasing received their "seal of approval".
