Josh was great about resolving my issues. I will go back and see if I can remove that review. However I will ask you the question I will ask Josh---Why, if a customer commits to buying a vehicle and undercoating is wanted would this not be done before the vehicle is picked up. The car sat, clean, on your lot for two days while we wnt home (an hour away) to get title etc. Would it not be easier for you to undercoat a clean car as well as for me not to have to wait around for half a day?

Caroline, I'm glad Josh was so helpful in finding a resolution. As you said, there was definitely a reasonable amount of time for the undercoating to be applied and the vehicle cleaned before you returned to the dealership. These services are completed by our Autoshine department. Autoshine is sometimes booked a week or more in advance. I can only say that Autoshine's schedule was very full at the time. Of course, this is not ideal and more time should have been left in the schedule to handle new vehicles. I apologize for the wait you experienced. It certainly does not meet our standards. Thank you for amending your review to reflect a satisfactory rating. It is much appreciated. If you would like to discuss these concerns more in depth you may want to call the sales department Customer Relations Manager Adam Miller at 802-865-8296.
