Scoto, I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble scheduling an appointment with our service department in the past. We recently made some changes to our processes and procedures when it comes to scheduling that you may be interested in. The primary change is the new Toyota Express Maintenance (TXM) system. This allows our service department to provide basic services like oil changes (among others) much faster. Additionally, you may have called during a particularly busy time period. Late fall/early winter and early spring tend to have increased wait times in the schedule due to people changing out their seasonal tires. Currently we are scheduling TXM appointments two - three days out, appointments where the vehicle is dropped off for the day one - two days out and appointments where the customer waits for their vehicle (non-TXM) about one week out. Please let me know if there are any other concerns you would like to discuss. We strive to provide the best services possible and are always looking for ways to improve.
