Well, where to start! Conor is by far the most down to earth, non-pushy, funny, patient, and most knowledgeable sales person we had the pleasure to deal with during our first car buying experience in alm earth, non-pushy, funny, patient, and most knowledgeable sales person we had the pleasure to deal with during our first car buying experience in almost 10 years! He knows a lot about the cars he sells compared to other dealerships we had already spoken with in the area. We were upfront in letting him know we were looking into other car manufacturers still and that never deterred him into not giving us his full attention. He let us test drive the cars we were interested in and answered all of our questions etc . In the end we did in fact end up back at Heritage to further our discussions and options for the cars we were interested in. We ended up in a new Venza and so far, cannot be happier! Conor went thru all our options , buying or leasing, and helped us come to our final decision to lease. I give him a lot of credit in dealing with my indecisiveness, he handled it well and with a smile! Kudos Conor! I would recommend him to anyone and I hope Heritage knows what a great asset he is. They are extremely lucky to have him. So far we have only had the opportunity to deal with the sales portion of Heritage but if service is anything like our experience so far, then we made a great decision in buying our car from them! I bought a car from Heritage Toyota in 2005 and had a very good experience. I was in the market for a used truck and decided to use Heritage again. He did what he said he would do and followed through with various items that needed attention in a very timely manner. No expectations unmet. My wife and I also found Mr. Fucido to have a wonderful sense of easy humor which made dealing with him an absolute pleasure. We were exceptionally satisfied. I would highly recommend Heritage Toyota to any friend and would heartily recommend Bill Fucido. More

Worst place ever! They do not listen to you and fix your problems. I have been there four times with the same issue and it's still not fixed. They said no TSB no fix. I originally visited Heritage as a result of their reputation for the "Vermont Strong" spirit in the State of Vermont. In recent months, I have heard and witnessed countless incidents in which this d reputation for the "Vermont Strong" spirit in the State of Vermont. In recent months, I have heard and witnessed countless incidents in which this dealership assisted its communities, outside of the world of car sales. I was greeted with a smile and a woman who immediately took a look at my used car and sat me down to discuss my price range. As a young woman who regrettably was underwater with her first vehicle, Aleta quickly put me at ease and reassured me that she would be able to help me out of my vehicle crisis. I was quickly brought outside to view vehicles and was refreshingly surprised to find nothing but a "can-do" attitude from Aleta and her colleagues about meeting me needs. Not only did I find a vehicle that I liked a great deal, but I was allowed 2 full days to test drive the vehicle and think about my decision. As a young person building their credit, I was concerned about making the wrong choice, and after day was told, "keep it another day - I don't want you to make the wrong choice, whatever it may be for you...". Once I began working with the Finance Office to purchase the vehicle, I was once again met with a great persistance to get me where I needed to be financially. My experience with Heritage Toyota was amazing! I went to many different dealers in the area and most sales people were too busy to come out and introduce themselves or just didn't seem to notice us. When we pulled up to Heritage it was pouring rain and Mike still came running out to introduce himself and make sure we didn't have any questions. at the end of our search one of the only dealers we could remember by name was Mike. Mike made sure to set me up with an AMAZING Toyota rav4 and kept it in my price range. Over all my whole experience with everyone in the building was fantastic I couldn't of asked for a nicer crew to work with! More

I want to fist start off by saying that I didn't walk into this dealership expecting to find and purchase a car that day. I didn't even bring my checkbook! I never once felt like I was being pushed into buying something that I didn't absolutely love. At the end of the day it felt like I was buying a car from a friend.
