In fact, this is one of the reasons that I selected Heritage over other dealerships, as the Dodge dealership directly across the road told me I couldn't test drive a truck to see if it would accommodate what I had to tow. Since then I have only had the truck in for scheduled maintenance which was a rather efficient process. Jason even picked up my truck one day and took it for the 10K mile service when I was unable to do so due to an extremely busy time at my seasonal business. Adam patiently and with good humor talked us through our decision making process and two days later we had a new car. Adam led us through a process that was respectful, thoughtful and low-key. He let us come to our decision on or own terms and in our own time. When it came time to discuss money, Jon was friendly, professional and respectful and was a pro at helping us figure out affordable and financially responsible options. Backing up three years ago, we ended up at Heritage after a grueling search and a horrific experience across the street at Freedom Nissan where we endured a hard-core sales process that involved bullying and harassment. We finally put it to an end and ended up at Heritage (where I purchased my first-ever new car years ago) and simply told them what I wanted and presto a no-nonsense hour later had a deal. Unless something changes we plan to continue to give our business to Heritage and hope Adam and Jon are still there! More
