After disappointing attempts to work with dealers in my area I found Heritage through an online search for the vehicle I was looking for. From my first conversation to my last I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received. I worked mostly with Ryan Habeck and he was wonderful. He is not like most car sales people. He is personable, friendly, courteous and honest. He is not aggressive, pushy or play the typical scammy sales game. I had many phone conversations prior to the purchase and he was able to answer all of my questions. It was our phone conversations and the ease of working out a purchase price and all of the details that influenced my family to drive 3 hours just to purchase our new car from Heritage. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and friendly and helped the whole process go smoothly. They were very busy when we went up so it look a little while to finalize everything but it was worth it. Thanks for making it such an easy and pleasant experience. More

Just leased a 2013 Tacoma and absolutely love it! Didn't really need a new truck, but saved money by moving to a lease. From the first time Caitlin greeted me as I walked through the door, I felt well served. It took me a few cars and about one month to decide on the right vehicle for my needs, but Caitlin was attentiv through the door, I felt well served. The rest of the team was also helpful and I ultimately decides to give my business to Heritage because of the solid service I received all around. As is always the case, I recommend doing a lot of research before purchasing a car in order to feel empowered to make the decision that works best for you, but I believe that you can trust Heritage to work in addition to your personal research to serve you as best as any dealership could.
